We certainly do not need these worse than useless people. Fix the anchor baby loophole, make it retroactive for all illegal offspring.
With the provision that’s it’s one of those “mostly peaceful” ones (ie – not peaceful at all) I agree. Expulsion from the uni at the least, with concomitant quick expulsion from the country if here on a student visa and no longer a student. If a non-student here on other type of visa a quick review to see if THAT visa should be revoked.
Including also chanting of verbal threats, blocking of other students access to classes if they’re X, forceable trespass that doesn’t leave when asked to, and continued harassment of other students, employees, and admins.
Oh, and let’s don’t forget harassment of invited guest speakers – that’s a biggie. Historically Lefty uni’s try to neuter non lefty groups and speakers by tacking on unreasonably high “security fees” if the lefty students the uni’s themselves encourage to disrupt meetings and lectures threaten to disrupt. Instead, if there’s a need to “security fees”, make the disrupting student group pay it (subtract from their yearly student group allowance) instead of making the victims of the disruption pay, and pay upfront.
Homey don’t play that game anymore.
