The left’s concept of “diversity” denies individual dignity. It is a color judgment and relabeled racism, sexism, etc.
Diversity training= Maoism. No individuality or freedom allowed.
For the last 20 years, or so, The Ohio State University has established tenure track faculty positions that are open only to women and minorities. White men are explicitly excluded as candidates for these positions. The faculty on the search committees and department heads and college deans are fully knowledgeable about the policy and fully complicit with it.
In more recent years, the University has required all faculty candidates to sign an affidavit supporting the Universities diversity goals and programs and to provide evidence that they have supported and participated such programs in the past.
The faculty are fully on board with these practices.
