You know the general election has started when ….

Barack Obama plays the Hussein card…

and the mere mention of Jeremiah Wright sets off a dog whistle which only The NY Times, left-blogosphere and Republican nominee can hear:

You see, when it comes to Barack … Obama, there is nothing new under the Sun:

But it’s no time for joy.  The dithering on Syria has given the same elements who transitted Syria to kill U.S. troops in Iraq a chance to build up their operations in Syria and return the violence on the Syrian government.

It’s pretty unfair to compare Dana Milbank and Jayson Blair by lumping them together with no real connection, isn’t it?

Almost as bad as this headline and column from Dana Milbank lumping Richard Mourdock and federal prisoner Keith Judd together, Richard Mourdock and Keith Judd vs. Washington:

Both men were beneficiaries of voter...

The Elizabeth Warren Cherokee saga is like opening up a Russian matryoshka doll, there’s always something else inside.

Or perhaps more appropriately, like peeling back The Onion.

Please say this is not soooooo!

From Michael Patrick Leahy:

The credibility of Massachusetts Democratic  Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren took another hit today as Boston radio talk show host ...

Does this suprise anyone?  Oh, to not agree with Rahm Emanuel in Chicago:

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is not returning calls from the Ricketts family and is “livid” over a New York Times report that Joe Ricketts commissioned a proposal for a multimillion-dollar ad campaign linking President Obama to the president’s former...

A trove of documents (embedded in viewer at bottom of post) was released tonight in the Trayvon Martin case.  The big headline is that the police report prepared a month after the incident said it was “ultimately avoidable” if George Zimmerman never got out of...

As I mentioned the other day, Marisa DeFranco is challenging Elizabeth Warren in the Massachusetts Democratic Senate primary.  In light of Warren’s three-week long Cherokee disaster, I reached out to DeFranco to get her take on the controversy and the primary race.

While several other high profile candidates dropped out in the face of Warren’s national...

Remember the non-parody story about Elizabeth Warren citing her cousin’s partial editing of the early 1980s Pow Wow Chow cookbook as evidence of Warren’s Native American ancestry?

I could not figure out how Warren found that obscure text.  Now we know, she submitted recipes to it, identifying herself as Cherokee.  I wonder...
