SPLC False Flag Operations Reminiscent of Tactics Used Against Tea Party

“I guarantee you it’s going on extensively, these false flag operations to portray Republicans and conservatives as racist, etc., etc.  And it appears if what the Feds are saying is true that SPLC was part of that.”

There is nothing new under the Sun, and one of the things that is not new is leftist groups running false flag operations against anyone from the “right” deemed a political threat.

At Legal Insurrection we documented the false flag attacks on the Tea Party which was viciously smeared as racist based in significant part operations run by groups like Think Progress (remember them?). We documented how signs and provocateurs would be planted at Tea Party rallies and then used as fodder for attacks by the “Netroots Nation” left wing media echo-system, Democrats, the mainstream media, and even establishment Republicans. Here are just a few of our posts:

Our very own Leslie Eastman, one of the original Tea Party organizers in California, described what would happen:

Then, there was the Tax Day Tea Party of 2010. At that point, it was obvious that our events were going to be the target of event crashers and we pre-planned accordingly. We had signs printed up that would identify infiltrators, and videographers who would record their shenanigans.

This is why Legal Insurrection’s blog archives are so valuable – because there is nothing new under the Sun. We’ve seen this movie many times before.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has been indicted for allegedly running false flag operations supporting and promoting KKK and neo-Nazi groups and leaders to stoke a narrative and to fundraise. I’ve addressed SPLC’s history of deception in numerous recent media interviews after the Indictment.

I had a chance to specifically discuss the false flag aspect in an interview with Tony Katz. Here’s the excerpt regarding the Tea Party and false flags.

Katz: Certainly as you cover this, as, as a commentator, how do you combat these things?

WAJ: Well, it’s tough, but if you remember back in the9 Tea Party days, and I remember writing about this at the time, in 2000, 10 11, there were groups that would send provocateurs to the rallies with racist signs, and they were called out for that.

I think we need to examine how much of the anti-Republican, anti-conservative agenda has been fueled by false flag operations. And I think it’s more extensive than we know.

I think that it happened to the Tea Party. The feds say they’ve documented the SPLC doing it. I guarantee you there are many other leftist and democratic groups who are sending people to rallies.

And I remember writing about this, the Tea Party rallies. You could have a rally of a thousand people with 300 signs, and somehow there’d be that one sign and the photograph circulated in the media were of that one sign.

And I remember an instance where there was a confrontation, with somebody who just showed up and people were, you know, saying, this is not one of us.

And so that happens all the time. I guarantee you it’s going on extensively, these false flag operations to portray Republicans and conservatives as racist, etc., etc.  And it appears if what the Feds are saying is true that SPLC was part of that.

Full segment:

Write up from Tony’s website:

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has long presented itself as prominent voice in the fight against hate groups and white supremacy. However, recent allegations have raised questions about the organization’s true intentions. Tony Katz is joined by William Jacobson, a Cornell Law professor and the mind behind Legal Insurrection, to discuss the SPLC’s alleged involvement in promoting and funding hate groups.

William’s expertise on the subject is unparalleled, having written over 50 posts on the SPLC over the past decade. He shares his personal experience with the organization, recalling how he was listed as a “white supremacist” by the SPLC. In the late 1970s, when he was a college student. “I did donate to them, not big dollars, twenty dollars here, thirty dollars there,” he says. “They had an extremely effective mail solicitation program, which makes sense because Morris Dees, the founder of SPLC, was made his fortune in direct mail solicitation.”

William’s investigation into the SPLC began in earnest in 2010, when he noticed that the organization was listing a “Klan group” in Rhode Island, where he is from. “I’m saying, wait a second, I’ve never heard of this,” he says. “I looked into it, and I could find no substantiation that there was a real-life Klan group in Rhode Island.” This was just one of several instances where William questioned the SPLC’s claims, leading him to write extensively about their alleged deceptions.

The recent indictment from the Department of Justice has shed new light on the SPLC’s alleged activities. According to the indictment, the organization paid out $3 million to fund hate groups, which led to a significant increase in donations from $50 million to $133 million. William believes that this is just the tip of the iceberg. “If this is happening here with the SPLC, for what reason would I not think it’s happening elsewhere?” he asks.

The conversation with William Jacobson is a must-listen for anyone interested in understanding the complexities of the SPLC’s actions. He shares his expertise on the subject, providing context and insights that are both informative and thought-provoking. If you’re curious about the allegations surrounding the SPLC and want to learn more about the implications of their actions, tune in to this episode.

The SPLC is so retarded it once posted screenshots of a private company’s tax returns online, a criminal act. Of course, nothing ever happened to them due to their lofty status in the Church of Woke.

For the record, this would be a good time to remind folks that vile crone Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid Dhimmi-crat agitators to infiltrate candidate Trump’s rallies, for the express purpose of causing violence and chaos, in order to tarnish Trump and his supporters and create negative perceptions around them.

All of these underhanded and subversive Dhimmi-crats stunts are right out of the evil Marxist/Maoist/Alinskyite playbook.

I remember how the progressive fascists attacked people leaving a Trump campaign rally. I talked to San Jose’s Mayor (Sam Liccardo) afterwards and he lied about it claiming that both sides were fighting and that it wasn’t safe for the police to intervene. Never trust a Democrat!

It has been a longstanding tactic in many campaigns to secretly fund a third party who would make over-the-top against its candidate. The three goals would be: discredit the (innocent) opposition; gain sympathy among the electorate; and fundraise off the attack. SPLC employed the same tactic.

False flag operations are an old standard tactic to the left. At numerous rallies and gun shows, there would always be one fat, bearded, dentally-challenged guy in aggressive camo spiced with Nordic runes doddering around the fringes of the action — a guy that nobody else in the place knew — and the MSM would converge as if 😏 it were preplanned, on that guy and ONLY that guy for all their on-air interviews.

The only time I’m aware of the right returning the favor was at a rally for Stop Handgun Violence, Massachusetts’ homegrown group of grabbers. I had left the state by then, but I obtained videotape of the news coverage. Faces I recognized were scattered among the crowd, holding over-the-top signs like “Guns Don’t Kill People, Gun Owners Kill People” and “Al Gore – Ban all Guns” (They wouldn’t be over the top today, but this was before Democrats had gotten bold enough to say the quiet parts out loud.)

The difference between this and what was done to the Tea Party is that the unwashed in the crowd appreciated these sentiments and were eager to help amplify them. Only the organizers (and not even all of those, the “senator in charge” was grooving on it) twigged to what was going on, but it was like trying to stop a runaway train. They started a “Ban All Guns” chant that ran through the entire crowd, while the organizer was frantically trying to quash it.

Come speechifing time, the people with the outrageous signs just happened to be located right behind the speaker, in full view of the cameras. Organizer flunkies tried blocking the signs, but our guys were… much taller. The organizer made the tactical error of telling the reporters present (obliquely) that some of the activity on the grounds b y “dishonest people” did not repsent them, and he hoped they would be “responsible” enough not to air any of it. However, the pro-gun side was simultaneously holding a public pro-gun rally on the other side of the same grounds (handing out literature and free DGU carnations), and the reporters — assuming he was talking about the legitimate counter-rally — were miffed they were being told what they could or could not air. At least one of them did a little “how dare he” segment during his report.

No, they didn’t. Remember where the term comes from — it was a common naval tactic in the 18th century for a ship to literally fly a false flag so as to deceive other ships. So long as the flag was changed before engaging in battle it was considered a legitimate ruse of war.

I was part of the Tea Party stuff in NC and I remember this happening quite often. Some clown or clowns would show up and hold signs/chant stuff and everyone else would look at them and wonder who the hell they were. The left does it, our government does it, J6 anyone?

Pulling on the threads of the incestuous NGO universe is unraveling all sorts of things, most of which were long suspected. The same is true for the fraudulent payments of all sorts of Govt programs. So far we’re only scratching the surface of all this while the leftist wokiestas and their media allies whine and moan.

This reminds me of all the blacks who made fake complaints about racist attacks on them.

When Leatrice Johnson, Brenda Platt and Leo Leggette started espousing SPLC my senior year of HS I knew it was a racket!

It will be revealing if the DOJ can get dome of the people paid off by the SPLC to talk and reveal exactly what they were asked to do for that money.
