“Israel is the Jew among nations and it all flows from that”

“Israel is the Jew among nations and it all flows from that”

“Every pathology of the anti-Semite can be visited upon the Jewish state”

The title of this post is from a Facebook comment I saw about an article by Stephen Daisley at STV News (Scotland), Analysis: Jeremy Corbyn is not an anti-Semite. It’s so much worse than that.

Jeremy Corbyn is the likely new leader of the British Labour Party, someone I addressed in Likely British Labour leader’s creepy associations.

The Daisley article title addresses Corbyn, but the issue of how Israel hatred has become a polite-society way of expressing anti-Semitism is of much broader implication.

It’s why ostensibly “pro-Palestinian” rallies so often express blatant anti-Jewish verbiage, why Jews are harassed on the streets of Europe in the name of anti-Zionism, and why the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement was birthed at the anti-Semitic 2001 Durban conference as Nazi-like caricatures of Jews were passed around.

It’s also why American Jewish musician Matisyahu was, alone among dozens of musicians, singled out by the BDS movement for a special political litmus test.

Here is an excerpt from the Daisley article, which explains much better than I can how centuries of Jew hatred now finds its expression and acceptance through the anti-Israel movement:

…. Anti-Zionism has removed much of the need for classical anti-Semitism by recycling the old superstitions as a political critique of the State of Israel. Why risk the ridicule that comes with quoting The Protocols of the Elders of Zion when you can cite The Israel Lobby and win eager nods from academics and commentators? Why deny the Holocaust when you can throw it back in the Jews’ faces by fictionalising Gaza as a concentration camp? Why hurl rocks at a Jew in the street when you can hurl endless vexatious UN resolutions at Israel?

Every pathology of the anti-Semite can be visited upon the Jewish state in the flimsy guise of “anti-imperialism” or “human rights”. It’s all okay because it’s “Zionism” you’re against and that’s not the same thing as Jews and what about Jews who are anti-Zionist. The hallmark of a bigot is seizing on dissonant voices within a minority community and using them to delegitimise the mainstream of that community. The exception becomes the rule and those whose only connection to Jewish communal life is signing onto letters to the Guardian denouncing Israel become more Jewish than everyone else….

The Left’s unhinged antipathy towards the State of Israel has let loose ugly sentiments wholly unmoored from such legitimate criticisms. Israel is execrated as uniquely malignant and its enemies held up as plucky freedom-fighters or victim-idols. …

Israel has become the Jew of world affairs, affluent, successful, provocatively different….

Arafat’s buried in a parking lot. He died of AIDS.

To paraphrase Hillary, it really doesn’t matter anymore.

It’s all yesterday’s politics. Obama is also yesterday’s politics.

Arafat may be gone, but Obama is not. We can’t let our guards down: that lunatic has nearly a year and a half left in office.

We could do some serious damage to his ability to act outside the law by getting rid of that scumbag Boehner and his idiot fellow traveler, McConnell. For good measure, throw Prebus in the trunk of the jalopy we send them out of town on. Do that, and you’ll see some serious limits to Obama’s treason go in effect.

By george, Prof. I think this Daisley feller has nailed it.

This also, just reported, from an interview dickhead Corybn gave to Iranian National Television four years ago, on the killing of bin Laden:

“Labour leadership favourite Jeremy Corbyn said the assassination of 9/11 mastermind Osama Bin Laden was a ‘tragedy’ … Corbyn said bin Laden should not have received the ‘death penalty'”

The flagrant and rabid Jew-hatred of Muslims has made that poison acceptable in the post-WWII world. Praying that doesn’t negate the pre-existence of anti-Semitism. It just recognizes that the anti-Semites amongst us are sheltering behind the Muslims and their so-called “Palestinian” cause, which cause is thought to make their Jew-hatred acceptable.

In the early aftermath of the discoveries in the concentration camps, the destruction of Europe, the Jew-haters went back to their holes and the Muslims continued with their quest for a complete holocaust. Mein Kampf and Protocols of the Elders of Zion were proliferated though their world–as if they needed anything else besides the Koran. The migration of Muslims into Western lands brought with it the poisonous Jew-hatred that is life in their countries.

The rabid anti Semites that went underground after WWII have seen that its safe to come back out now in the open and
spew their noxious preaching and advocacy for pure unadulterated Jew hate.
The “pro Palestinian” progressives give cover to the people that sixty years ago would be wearing their brown shirts and jack-boots looking for Jews to beat. Some thins never go out of fashion…like a thug’s love of fascist bullying.

I wouldn’t doubt that a lot of European anti-Americanism stems from anti-Semitism.

America’s and Americans’ support of Israel must really irritate leftist Europeans.

It isn’t anti-Semitism. It isn’t anti-Zionism. It’s Jew hating.

Daisley is quite correct, but this is nothing new. Remember the USS Liberty incident? That’s been a consistent theme of American antisemites, who contend the attack was intentional. It still crops up here and there – and always in the context of “I’m not antisemitic, I’m anti-Zionist” garbage.

Say, do you know where the recently trending term “cuck-servative” comes from? The same places that still obsess about the Liberty conspiracy theory. Jews, Mexicans, blacks, it just boils down to who they want to round up first.
