The International Criminal Court (ICC) has opened a probe against Israel over alleged war crimes, court's chief prosecutor announced on Friday. ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda failed to specify the nature of the allegations against Israel, claiming that she was "satisfied" that "war crimes have been or are being committed in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip." Palestinian terrorist groups, Hamas and PLO, praised the ICC for targeting Israel.

U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell criticized the city of Berlin on Friday for allowing a pro-Hamas conference. "We have raised our concerns over this. Hamas is a terrorist organization and should not be welcomed in Berlin," the U.S. envoy said on Twitter.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has declined to open an investigation against Israel over the 2010 Gaza flotilla incident. The decision came after the ICC appeals judges ordered their chief prosecutor to reconsider her previous rejection of calls for probe into the 2010 raid. In May 2013, Comoros, a small Muslim-majority Indian Ocean island country, approached the Hague-based tribunal to launch "war crimes" proceedings against Israel.

Amid rising tensions in the Persian Gulf, the Islamist terror group Hamas has sent a senior delegation to meet Iranian officials in Tehran. The Gaza-based terrorist group was "expecting important results" from the weekend meetings, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh said.

Israeli security services have arrested a Hamas bomb-maker who entered the country on humanitarian grounds for medical treatment. Israel's domestic security agency the Shin Bet caught the 35-year-old explosives expert, Fadi Abu al-Sabah, who was in possession of forged medical documents claiming he couldn't receive proper treatment in Hamas-held Gaza.

The Palestinian rocket barrage on Israeli civilian communities continues unabated today. In all, over 500 rockets have been fired on Israeli cities and towns, causing at least four Israeli civilian deaths. Homes and the maternity ward of a hospital have been hit, among other civilian locations in Israel. Hamas and Islamic Jihad are threatening to expand the rocket fire to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and even further north.

The Faculty Council at DePaul University passed a resolution condemning professor of philosophy Jason Hill after he wrote an article in The Federalist in support of Israel and condemned Hamas. Hill wrote that "Israel has the moral right to annex all of the West Bank (even Area C) for a plethora of reasons." The article offended Muslim students and some faculty, which caused protests and a demand for censure.

The so-called "Great March of Return" are the weekly riots at the Gaza-Israel border in which Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other terrorist groups mount operations to breach the border fence and attack Israelis under cover of civilians, including women and children. As we have documented extensively, the "children" involved often are teenage military members of terrorist groups. The terrorist groups cynically use these teenagers and also civilian "protesters" for propaganda purposes when they are injured or killed.

The White House has officially designated Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). In a statement, President Donald Trump said that he and the Department of State "recognizes that Iran is not only a State Sponsor of Terrorism, but that the IRGC actively participates in, finances, and promotes terrorism as a tool of statecraft" and that the IGRC is the Iranian regime's "primary means of directing and implementing its global terrorist campaign."

We have extensively documented how the supposedly "peaceful protests" at the Gaza-Israel border fence are, in reality, Hamas and Islamic Jihad military terror operations using some civilians as cover, including women and children. The so-called ‘Great March of Return’ is turned on and off by Hamas as its needs require. See our prior posts for images and video:
