Well, it happened. After five years, four versions, three revisions, two different advisory committees, and one massive controversy, the California Board of Education voted yesterday to pass the latest iteration of the ideologically leftist and error-heavy Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum (ESMC).

Boston University's 'Center for Anti-Racist Research' is now partnering with the far-left Massachusetts newspaper the Boston Globe to create a new publication called 'The Emancipator.' BU's center is headed by Ibram X. Kendi, who has become a leading figure in the left's promotion of Critical Race Theory.

We have been tracking the litigation against Harvard University alleging that affirmative action admissions policies are intended to and do discriminate primarily against Asian-American applicants, but also whites. A request has been filed for the Supreme Court to take the case after both the district and appeals courts ruled that while Harvard did discriminate, such discrimination was done lawfully.
