UPDATE: Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell told Schiff the materials are ready for release. If Schiff does not do it then Grenell will release the materials:
Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has sent a letter to chairman Adam Schiff notifying him that transcripts of all 53 interviews, over 6,000 pages in all, have been cleared for public release. "All of the transcripts, with our required redactions, can be released to the public without any concerns of disclosing classified material," Grenell wrote to Schiff in a letter dated May 4.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff is slowly becoming the main reason why I want the Republicans to take over the House. The man cannot stop his power trips. Schiff wrote a letter to acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell about reorganizing the intelligence community. Grenell said Schiff leaked the letter to the press before giving it to him.

Americans are dying, losing their family members and friends, and facing economic ruin. Trump-obsessed Democrats see nothing but a new opening to investigate Trump. This is all they care about. This is all they will ever care about. Democrats clearly have no idea what kind of anger this could unleash.

President Donald Trump has literally broken Rep. Adam Schiff. I've enjoyed the House managers, especially Rep. Zoe Lofgren, but Schiff foams at the mouth and rants like a lunatic. In his closing statement, Schiff made up a whole bunch of unlikely scenarios to scare the Senate into convicting Trump.

With any luck, by this time tomorrow night, the Schiff circus will have ended its run in the Senate with a vote not to allow Democrats to 'Kavanaugh' the hearings. Perhaps there also will be a vote to end the impeachment trial in its entirely, by dismissal or verdict.

I was traveling much of this week, so I didn't watch that much of the Democrats' presentation of their case in the Senate impeachment trial. I saw bits and pieces, and checked in from time to time on Twitter. The dominant presence was Adam Schiff. It seemed that almost every time I turned on the TV, he was talking and talking and talking.

Mitch McConnell released a resolution to be introduced Tuesday that sets the schedule for the Senate impeachment trial. (Trying not to laugh) The proceedings will start at 1 p.m. each day (to accommodate the Chief Justice's day job schedule), and go for 12 hours. Rinse and repeat. Whoever said Mitch McConnell doesn't have a sense of humor?

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi declared Wednesday a solemn day and even wore black as the House voted to impeach President Donald Trump. She told the Democrats to behave and not celebrate the impeachment. Many Democratic representatives refused to toe the line. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and others had a celebratory dinner the night before. Rep. Rashida Tlaib, who screamed "impeach the mother f*cker" after her swearing-in, posted a happy and gleeful video on her way to vote.
