2020 Democratic Primary Tag

South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg, who is one of 18 or 19 Democrats running for president, has enjoyed mostly fawning press coverage since he entered the race back in January. But he hadn't really done anything early on to differentiate himself from the crowded field of contenders. So he decided to do something about it. Along the way, our so-called "impartial" mainstream media eagerly lent him a helping hand. They invented a "feud" with VP Mike Pence that did not exist.

The party of diversity is currently enamored with two old white guys and the hubris of it all is delicious. Two old white guys are steadily outpacing their younger, far more progressive political competition. Creepy Uncle Joe, who has yet to formally declare candidacy, has a commanding lead, followed the Wild Haired Socialist, Bernie Sanders.

Much to the chagrin of the leftist feminist contingent, the mayor of South Bend, Indiana is making quite a splash in the Democrat media with his 2020 presidential bid.  Affectionately dubbed "Mayor Pete," Pete Buttigieg has enjoyed fawning, gushing press for the past week or so. Not so fast, though, because not every leftie is on board with Buttigieg's 2020 aspirations.  We know this because he was recently accused of saying, back in 2015, that all lives matter.

Apparently this is the week 2020 presidential candidate Robert "Beto" O'Rourke has chosen to veer off even further to the left. On Wednesday, the former El Paso Congressman kissed Rev. Al Sharpton's ring while eagerly declaring (newfound) support for reparations. And on Thursday in Iowa, O'Rourke unequivocally compared President Trump to Adolf Hitler, taking a page straight out of the far left's 2020 "take back the White House" playbook.

Elizabeth Warren's campaign is stuck in neutral at best, in reverse at worst. She just isn't getting any momentum despite assembling a high-powered campaign team before anyone else, and announcing before any other major candidates. The DNA rollout was an unmitigated disaster, and compounded Warren's original sin, her false claim to be Native American.

It's "Al Sharpton Primary" week in New York City, and many of the 2020 Democratic candidates for president have lined up to kiss the reverend's ring at the annual National Action Network convention. One in particular is Beto O'Rourke, failed candidate for U.S. Senate. In a flip flop from his earlier positions on the reparations issue, the former El Paso Congressman told the crowd in attendance Wednesday he'd be on board with signing a proposed reparations bill:
Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke appeared Wednesday to back off his initial opposition to slavery reparations, saying he would support a bill in Congress to study and consider the payments.

Former Vice President Joe Biden has come under fire recently for inappropriate behavior, which led him to release a video to tell people he "will be more mindful of personal space in the future." Just hours after the release, The Washington Post reported that three more women came forward "about encounters with him that made them feel uncomfortable." That makes the total seven women.

With a long video history of creepy touching and nuzzling women and young women in front of the cameras, Joe Biden now has four women who accuse him of doing similar things off camera. There is little doubt this has hurt Biden because it throws off his plans for a smooth campaign announcement -- if he announces. It also cements his nickname for the campaign: Creepy Joe.

The Democrat National Committee (DNC) recently banned Fox News from hosting Democrat primary debates, but that won't stop candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders from appearing on the network. Fox News announced the network will host a town hall with the self-proclaimed socialist on April 15 (tax day).

Grab the popcorn because this is going to get good. Over the weekend, Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez publicly swiped at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and a new policy designed to protect incumbent candidates from primary challengers. AOC won her seat by ousting an incumbent.

Joe Biden's creepy habit of touching and nuzzling women in public in front of the cameras has been the focus of mockery and discussion for several years. The "Creepy Uncle Joe" narrative is back in the news because liberal Democrat activist and former Nevada Lt. Gov. candidate Lucy Flores has stepped forward with an accusation that Biden did something similar to her in 2014 in private, Joe Biden has a #MeToo problem – Liberal activist claims 2014 non-consensual “big slow kiss”:

Joe Biden's proclivity for being handsy with and nuzzling women in creepy ways has been well known for years. He didn't hide it, he did it in front of the cameras, and Democrats just wrote it off as Creepy Uncle Joe being Creepy Uncle Joe again.
