Former UCLA law student and Graduate Student Association (GSA) president Milan Chatterjee has left the school after constant harassment from the Boycott, Divest, and Sanctions (BDS) movement and anti-Israel hate. All because he decided to remain NEUTRAL. The Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) has led numerous smear campaigns against Chatterjee, even bringing in the ACLU and Palestine Legal (PL) to bring him down. Chatterjee has had enough, especially since UCLA administrators have done nothing to help him.

In July, former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Roger Ailes, the company's former CEO. She claimed he fired her after “she complained about a hostile working environment” and refused to sleep with Ailes. Ailes denied the allegations, but today Fox News settled with Carlson for $20 million. Vanity Fair also reports that the company will "offer Carlson a public apology as part of the settlement."

Greta Van Susteren suddenly left Fox News on Monday after 14 years. Brit Hume will now host her show "On the Record" at the 7PM time slot starting on Tuesday and through the election. It is unknown if Fox News will change their schedule after the election.

President Barack Obama will meet with South Korean President Park Geun-Hye on Tuesday instead of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte after he referred to Obama as a "son of a whore." National Post reports:
In his typical foul-mouthed style, Duterte responded: “I am a president of a sovereign state and we have long ceased to be a colony. I do not have any master except the Filipino people, nobody but nobody. You must be respectful. Do not just throw questions. Putang ina I will swear at you in that forum,” he said, using the Tagalog phrase for son of a bitch. Some translations have suggested the phrase is closer to “son of a whore.”

It's the controversy that won't go away for Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. It only became worse when the FBI released its notes and documents from its year long investigation that showed aides destroyed her BlackBerry devices, no one knows the location of the Archive laptop (which came from the Clinton Foundation), and Hillary couldn't remember hardly anything. World leaders have gathered in China for the G-20 summit, but that doesn't include Kim Jong-un from North Korea. So of course the little tyrannical leader has to show off for everyone that he is cool and a total threat by launching three missiles off North Korea's east coast:
"This is Pyongyang's way of reminding everyone of their existence at a moment when all the parties are together, in a typically defiant, North Korean way," John Delury, assistant professor at Yonsei University in South Korea, told CNN.

In July, the Turkish military attempted a coup to take out President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's regime. They failed, which led to a crackdown by the government and a purge of anyone the government felt had ties to scholar Fetullah Gulen, who they feel devised the coup. Erodgan has railed against the West for not standing with its NATO ally, but that all changed this weekend. President Barack Obama met with Erdogan and promised the U.S. will help bring the coup plotters to justice.

Everyone can calm down now because the Commission on Presidential Debates have announced the moderators for the president and vice president debates. The commission chose NBC Nightly News host Lester Holt, CNN's Anderson Cooper, Fox News's Chris Wallace, and ABC's Martha Raddatz for the presidential debates. CBS News correspondent Elaine Quijano will moderate the vice president debate on October 4.

The FBI has released its notes from the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server after numerous media outlets put in Freedom of Information Act requests. Everyone became curious over the fact that the FBI did not recommend charges against Hillary. The FBI interviewed Hillary for 3.5 hours on July 2 at its headquarters in DC. Three days later, Comey announced his shocking decision, despite listing all the ways Clinton and her aides were careless with classified materials on her private email server. Dang, Hillary. No matter how hard you try a lie cannot become the truth because Judicial Watch keeps producing emails that shows deep ties between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department during your tenure as secretary of state. This time, the Hillary emails show that Clinton Foundation donors and officials sought diplomatic passports from her, Hillary talking about a foundation meeting in Ireland, and a major donor setting up an interview with a journalist friend. The watchdog group reported this batch included 37 emails that the State Department never received. So far Judicial Watch has uncovered 228 new emails not part of the 55,000 Clinton sent to the department.

Sorry, Hillary. But your email scandal will not go away, especially as more batches of emails and reports show strong connections between mega Clinton Foundation donors and the State Department. In fact, as more evidence piles up, 50 House Republicans have asked the Justice Department for a new probe into the Clinton Foundation over alleged "pay to play" from donors gain access to Hillary when she served as Secretary of State.

North Carolina wanted to reinstate its voter ID law in time for the elections, but a deadlocked Supreme Court denied them this opportunity. From The Wall Street Journal:
The high court, in a brief written order, declined to stay an appeals court ruling from July that struck down North Carolina’s Republican-backed voting rules. The appeals court found state lawmakers enacted the rules with the intent to discriminate against black voters.

Tuesday, the EU told Ireland it must force Apple to pay back $14.5 billion in unpaid taxes, drawing anger from both sides since the ruling could harm future investments. In light of that, other situations involving the EU and US companies have come to the forefront again. The Dutch press printed a letter from a group representing Silicon Valley companies, asking The Netherlands to resist a change in their tax system to accommodate the EU's horrific tax system and a new UK tax that aims "in part at making technology groups that book sales offshore pay more in tax." A change could lead to these U.S. companies abandoning The Netherlands for other places.

So remember how the State Department miraculously found a disc with 15,000 Hillary Clinton emails after the FBI finished their investigation? Yeah, now officials said at least 30 of those deleted emails are possibly about Benghazi. Wait. I thought Hillary only deleted personal emails about yoga classes? The department must hand over those emails and documents to Judicial Watch by September 13 for its investigation into Hillary's private email server.
