Mary is the resident libertarian. She covers stories in every vertical, but her favorite thing to do is take on the media. She saw its bias against the right when she was a socialist.

Mary loves the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, tennis, cats, Oxford comma, Diet Coke, and needlework.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau held a press conference today to address the pictures of him in brownface and blackface. Complete. Epic. Meltdown. The man hit all the key liberal buzzwords. Arrogance seeped out of his pores. Oh, he also cannot remember how many times he has worn blackface or brownface in his life.

On Monday, the Women's March voted off its board Linda Sarsour, Tamika Mallory, and Bob Bland due to the anti-Semitism controversies surrounding them. The organization announced 16 new members to the board. I noted in my Monday blog that Zahra Billoo could cause problems for them due to her past statements on Israel, the FBI, and the IDF. She once called herself "a proud anti-Zionist." I was correct. Billoo tweeted early this morning the Women's March booted her off its board.

This should be a big deal, but since Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is a liberal, he'll get away with it. Time published a photo of Trudeau decked out in brownface at an Arabian Nights themed gala party in 2001. Trudeau has apologized, but also admitted he wore blackface while in high school. He claimed he had no idea at both times it is racist and wrong to do such things.

On Monday, news came out that the family of a dead abortion doctor found over 2,200 well-preserved bodies of babies he murdered when he was alive. Dr. Ulrich Klopfer resided in Illinois but had a clinic in South Bend, IN, where 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg serves as mayor. Buttigieg finally received questions on the house of horrors. Something tells me his answers won't shock you.

President Donald Trump announced Wednesday morning that he picked Robert C. O'Brien as his new national security adviser. He currently serves as the special presidential envoy for hostage affairs. The move comes a few days after Trump dismissed John Bolton as his national security adviser. Trump said the two of them had too many disagreements on foreign policy.

Over the weekend, The New York Times dropped a piece on new allegations of sexual assault against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Some of the 2020 Democratic presidential hopefuls immediately called for Kavanaugh's impeachment along with some Democrats in Congress. They all face pushback from Republicans, but quite a few senior Democrats in both chambers.

Former Vice President Joe Biden maintains his strong lead in the latest Morning Consult poll. This is the first one since the third Democratic debate last week. Biden holds on at 32% with Sen. Bernie Sanders in second place at 20%. Robert O'Rourke spent the debate and the time since then promising to grab our AR-15s and AK-47s. He found out the hard way that us Americans want to keep our guns because he barely moved in this poll.

On Monday, Mollie Hemingway at The Federalist noted that The New York Times quietly added an important correction to its hit piece on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The publication admitted it did not mention “that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say she does not recall the incident.” Authors Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly told MSNBC that they added the woman's name and information to their piece. They claim the editors took out the information.

According to The Washington Post, the Women's Match has decided to let loose three members due to their anti-Semitism, which has brought down the movement. Bob Bland, Tamika Mallory, and Linda Sarsour have a long history of anti-Semitism and associating themselves with anti-Semitics. But one new board member may cause the same headaches for The Women's March.

The smears and campaign against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh will not go away despite the obvious lack of evidence he ever sexually assaulted or exposed himself to anyone. The New York Times reporters Robin Pogebrin and Kate Kelly continued this obsession with their new book, determined to keep alive the case against Kavanaugh. The case against Kavanaugh centered around Christine Blasey Ford. The authors continued to use Ford's accusations against Kavanaugh despite the lack of evidence and no one could back up her story. It was not until the end the authors noted that Christine Blasey Ford's lifelong friend Leland Keyser and others did not believe Ford's story.

Over the weekend, The New York Times dropped a "bombshell" on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's years at Yale University. The excerpt from an upcoming book claimed a former student witnessed Kavanaugh exposing himself and forcing a female classmate to touch his penis. Mollie Hemingway at The Federalist noticed late Sunday The Times added a correction to its piece. The publication admitted it did not mention "that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say she does not recall the incident."

Did the left really think Kermit Gosnell was an isolated incident? That's what they wanted to believe. I can tell you as a former pro-choicer and regular Planned Parenthood donor that we choose to remain ignorant. Ignorance is the only way to blind yourself to the horrors of abortion. Let me introduce you to the now-deceased Ulrich "George" Klopfer from South Bend. His family found over 2,200 well-preserved bodies of the babies he murdered when he was an abortion doctor.

Decades before wild-haired Bernie Sanders, there was Louisiana Democratic Gov. Huey Long. He served as the state's 40th governor from 1928 to 1932. Long was a tyrant and dictator. A hypocrite who lectured others, but filled his pocketbook. He also ruined lives if you betrayed or didn't show loyalty to him. Even if death Long continues to haunt the family of the man who supposedly assassinated him.
