Democrats Pulling Platner Endorsements After Sexual Assault Accusation

Democrats Pulling Platner Endorsements After Sexual Assault Accusation

The Democrats and leftists are not only pulling endorsements, but also deleting past posts praising Platner.

Democrats have been pulling their endorsements for U.S. Senate candidate Graham Platner of Maine after a woman he dated accused him of sexual assault.

Gee, maybe the Nazi tattoo and feigning ignorance over it should have been your first warning sign?

The Maine Democratic Party Leadership said something.

They brushed aside the Nazi tattoo. They brushed aside disgusting online posts, including victim-shaming rape victims and advocating for political violence.

It didn’t matter that other online posts included thinking that an American soldier shouldn’t have lived after the Taliban shot him.

The Democrats didn’t care about the obvious lies Platner told about his life.

The Democrats stood by Platner after the New York Times wrote about three women describing their awful relationship with Platner, but emphasizing Lyndsey Fifield’s story. After all, she has worked for Republicans!

Nope, the sexual assault accusation coming from a woman who admitted she sides with Platner politically is the last straw for the Democrats.

We have Jon Favreau, former Obama speechwriter and host of Pod Save America.

David Axelrod.

Ro Khanna

Progressive political YouTuber Jack Cocchiarella.

Sen. Ruben Gallego, who was besties with Eric Swalwell, left his pregnant wife, and has a shady contribution spending history.

Elizabeth Warren

New Mexico Sen. Martin Heinrich

Krystal Ball

Matt Stoller (political commentator)

Sen. Cory Booker

Democrats and leftists. NO, just Democrats is all you need to say. We don’t need to give them any cover. This will take a little more time as so many Dems need to disappear all their social media posts, deny they ever said anything positive about him in public etc etc.

Nobody answered the question – why should Platner withdraw? What is in it for him?

He will not quit. Why should he? He owns the nomination. They would have to buy him off, à la Bernie in 2016.

But Bernie was allowed to come back after being bought off. If Platner goes, he will be history to the party. So this guy’s deficits have been known all along to the insiders. He only became a problem when everyone else learned, well, the democratic voters, as the republicans outed him as a creep a long time ago. I am starting to wonder if they pick their candidates based on how compliant they will be: either he has dirt which they can use as constant blackmail (cf Neil Goldschmitt) or they are such losers, they put up with everything demanded of them because they know that the difference between the cushy .gov and a real job is HUGE, basically, if you pay me enough, I will act retarded and say retarded things (also applies to late night TV hosts).

Sexual assault allegations are the least believable grounds there are. They ought to be disregarded every time unless there’s a contemporaneous police report. It represents re-imagining fantasy in not wrapped too tight women.

Contemporaneous police report limits the chances of re-imagining.

It’s amazing that all these stalwarts of the Democratic Party turned on this man at the same time.
It’s almost as though there’s a collusion of some sort. 🤔

This turn of events has nothing to sexual assault and EVERYTHING to do with bad poll numbers.

Yep. Platner has a laundry list of things about him that should have disqualified him as an acceptable candidate foe the d/prog. Instead they rallied around him and his Potemkin blue collar/outsider/working class facade. The sitting Gov running in this primary couldn’t get enough funding and traction to compete eventually suspending her campaign for lack of support.

While it is great that a scumbag like Platner is being exposed for what he is, he wouldn’t be an electoral threat if there were a stronger candidate on the other side of the aisle.

Susan Collins is lucky this is happening, as there are few reasons to praise her or her record. We are hearing good reasons to NOT vote for Platner, but no one seems to have good reasons to vote FOR Collins.

Was driving through a notoriously radical leftist town in an already leftist Southern Maine last week and I saw at least a dozen Graham Platner campaign signs.

Drove through the same town this morning and there’s not a Platner sign to be seen anywhere. Poof. Just like that. Gone.

Even the leftist Bangor Daily News Editorial Board is calling for him to drop out of the race-

https://www.bangordailynews.com/2026/07/06/opinion/editorials/graham-platner-must-end-his-campaign-for-us-senate/

The democrat machine has spoken. Platner is finished.

Only because they will look like the big asshats they are if they didn’t pull their support. Never trust a Democrat, even when they are doing the “right” thing.

The vile, stupid, evil and hypocritical nazi/communist/Islamofascist/Muslim supremacist Dhimmi-crat subversives and fifth columnists are so predictable in their childish and morally bankrupt antics.

Platner had one million red flags surrounding his fake, middle class-cosplaying identity and persona, but, the Dhimmi-crats liked his nazi, Jew-hating, Israel-hating, capitalism-hating, Trump-hating passions — now, they dump him only when he seems poised to lose the race, and, when his mountains of political baggage become too glaring and heavy to bear.

This has nothing to do with any new allegations as there really are not any new allegations…

This has to do with him being down in the polls. If he was still polling ahead of Collins, the Democrats and press would still be running interference for him.

I hope he says screw you and runs anyways!

If he was ahead in the polls, the DNC would have paid Jenny Racicot to go away. Instead they paid her to come forward.

Unfortunately Platner never made it to the big league:

      “Auf Wiedersehen.”
      “The tribe has spoken.”
“Please pack your knives and go.”
“You are the weakest link. Goodbye.”

Democrats are such scum. They need to have power taken away from them and to never be allowed near it. I have no idea how you educate half the nation about them.

Stay Platner! Just to spite these hypocrites.

I’m going to guess the rnc had even more info on him.
Sleazy guy, sleazy dems. Match made in Hell.

Elizabeth Warren wants to retract her endorsement of Graham Platner but she doesn’t want to look like an Indian giver.

So this what it takes to finally pull down the Democrat Nazi candidate? All of his other behavior was just hunky okay, but now that we have rape allegations it’s all gone too far. I wonder when that will finally stop being enough, I guess once Muslim men get more power? After all rape is just fine in many Muslim cultures. So we’ll see if in just a few years Democrat start being numb to that as well. For my part, I really hoping he’d just keep going and Collins would just beat him because she’s the better candidate and human being. But now we will never know if the Democrat Nazi would have won afterall.

They should realize that standing by him after we learned he sees women as punching bags makes this belated Nazi yes abuse women no standard a very weak one that makes them look even smaller
