Whistleblower Report: FBI’s ‘Arctic Frost’ Targeted 92 GOP Groups Including Charlie Kirk’s TPUSA

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has released explosive new whistleblower records showing the FBI’s “Arctic Frost” investigation extended far beyond Donald Trump—targeting 92 Republican groups and individuals, including Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA.

“In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican linked individuals, were placed under investigative scope of Arctic Frost. On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk’s groups, Turning Point USA. In other words, Arctic frost wasn’t just a case to politically investigate Trump. It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.”
Grassley said he and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) are making the documents public so “the entire country [can] see… what government can do when various agencies have a political agenda.”
Grassley’s comments and the transcript also reveal a troubling approach to the prosecution of Peter Navarro:
“My investigative work has also exposed the political way in which Peter Navarro was investigated and prosecuted. When FBI agent Tebow found out that Biden’s DOJ would prosecute Navarro, he said, Wow, great. That’s a quote… I’ve obtained an audio recording of Special Agent Gia Gardena and Special Agent Sebastia Garner’s delivery of a subpoena, by making that audio public today.”
Reporting from Catherine Herridge underscores the scope of the probe. She obtained a whistleblower “white paper” detailing Arctic Frost’s wide-ranging tactics:

“This FBI ‘white paper’ details the extraordinary scope of the investigation into President Trump. Codenamed ‘Arctic Frost,’ it described a ‘multifaceted conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential election.’ Investigative steps included over 150 interviews, more than 400 subpoenas, 10 seized phones—including those belonging to five lawyers and a U.S. Congressman—plus 20 other electronic devices, multiple iCloud and email accounts, and even President Trump’s Twitter account.”
Herridge also reported that the documents show dozens of conservative groups—including Turning Point Action and Turning Point USA—had their records subpoenaed as part of the investigation:

The disclosures allege sweeping surveillance powers—hundreds of subpoenas, dozens of device seizures, and even Trump’s Twitter account were used under the Arctic Frost umbrella. Critics are calling it a textbook case of partisan weaponization.
Grassley and Johnson have promised to make the full set of records public. More details will be released as the documents are made available and responses from the FBI and DOJ are obtained.

The FBI does not target Republicans. They target those who present a threat to the D.C. establishment’s corruption or interests. Remember: Mayor Adams of NYC was targeted when he relentlessly hounded the Biden administration about the migrant invasion — but not the Republicans in Texas and Florida who bussed migrants over the country, spreading the pestilence which served the Democrat agenda.

The existence of an unjustified investigation doesn’t in itself violate anyone’s civil liberties, although it may well be accompanied by such violations. To send someone to prison for violating someone’s civil liberties you must first identify who violated which liberty of which person. That should be investigated, but you can’t preempt that investigation’s outcome or you’re doing exactly what you’re accusing them of doing.
All government employees who initiated or carried out those acts should be barred from government employment. The left’s cries of “fascism” are pure projection. Arm up, folks. Don’t wait until 2028. If the Democrats retake the presidency then, these people will be back in full force with plans of vengeance against half the populace with most of the other half egging them on.
This may be a bombshell on Legal Insurrection and other such sites, but the Hate media will simply not report it.
Under previous Democrat/Leftist administrations the coercive organs of state power were used illegally and unconstitutionally specifically to attack the legal political opponents of the Democrats/Leftists.

A serious investigative body, before investigating those claiming the election had been stolen, would have investigated the election processes (by conducting forensic investigations – incl. signature matching) in the three or four states that turned the election to make sure that the claimants weren’t correct. Instead, the FBI presumed the claims were unfounded without having first investigated the claims themselves.
Yes, an honest FBI would have done that.
