Kilmar Abrego Garcia Reports To ICE, Faces Deportation to Uganda

Abrego Garcia’s lawyer Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg filed a lawsuit to block the deportation.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the alleged MS-13 gang memberwife beater, and human trafficker, reported to ICE in Baltimore, MD.

People are holding a prayer vigil for Abrego Garcia outside of the ICE detention center.

Abrego Garcia faces deportation to Uganda because a judge ruled the government could not send him back to El Salvador due to the supposed dangers he faces there.

Abrego Garcia could have gone to Costa Rica. He said no because that meant pleading guilty “to criminal charges of human smuggling.”

I don’t know about you…I’d rather go to Costa Rica than Uganda!

Abrego Garcia’s lawyer, Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg, filed a lawsuit to block the deportation.

“I expect there’s going to be a status conference very promptly, and we’re going to ask for an interim order that he not be deported, pending his due process rights to contest deportation to any particular country,” the attorney announced this morning.

Abrego Garcia will likely get a 48 hour grace period due to the filing due to a standing order issued in May.

The alleged gangbanger wants “another full immigration trial and a chance to contest the circumstances of his removal from the country.”

Abrego Garcia became national news after the left and Democrats went insane after President Donald Trump’s administration deported him to El Salvador.

Their love for this “Maryland father” never died, even after evidence emerged of him trafficking humans and abusing his wife.

Abrego Garcia returned to Maryland after U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes released him into the custody of his brother ahead of a trial for human trafficking.

Zohran friends and family welcome illegal alien human traffickers to uganda?

Excellent policy. Trump is alleviating overcrowding in our detention centers and providing a harsher form of punishment for the more obnoxious illegals. Trump’s policy will help deter crime and illegal immigration by exiling the worst offenders to remote locations. Check plus!

I was totally mistaken. Ha! Here I thought Chris Van Hollen had made arrangements to hide Garcia in his attic. His wife and family would have conjugal visiting privileges though through the secret passage way behind the rear entry steps.

¡”Kwaheri!” Abrego Garcia!

Paula’s Prediction

Kilmar Garcia is the test case. I predict it will eventually reach the Supreme Court where there will be a landmark decision that will determine whether any illegal alien who is in the United States illegally can ever be deported from our soil and whether ICE must be disbanded and go sell girl scout cookies.

    P.S.

There is a 50/50 chance he is in the air already and the test case will then determine whether he will be ordered to be brought back to enjoy margaritas with his Democrat enablers.

TargaGTS in reply to Paula. | August 25, 2025 at 10:52 am

While I’m certain such a test case is on the near-horizon, I don’t think it’s going to be this case for one simple reason: There’s a pre-existing deportation order for Abrego. Whatever crazy District Courts might do here, there is AMPLE SCOTUS precedent supporting his deportation and the Circuit Courts will (almost certainly) follow that binding precedent and SCOTUS will refuse to grant cert.

The cases that really concern me are the ones that have to do with the temporary visas that have been granted to ‘refugees’ over the last three decades and abused by every president since Reagan who wasn’t named Trump. There may be tens-of-millions in this country on those ‘temporary visas’ and it’s going to be a huge fight to get them deported.

I am not certain either. But I think that if Kilmar is allowed to stay it sets a precedence.

The government has the right to remove foreign nationals who overstay a visa. It happens routinely.

Now then, removing several million people who have overstayed a visa? That’s the challenging part.

Issue a bounty for their capture $100K each would do it. Unleash and channel the entrepreneurial spirit of the USA to bounty hunting. Inform the Embassies of the Nations they came from they got 90 days to gather their countrymen up or make significant headway before the US Gov’t:
        1. Ends not suspends but ends all travel both passenger and commercial from their Nation to the USA.
        2. Blocks any imports from their Nation to the USA. Blocks US exports to that Nation,.to include financial transactions.
        3. Blocks any vessel from entering the USA with any of their Nation’s Citizens aboard. Passenger or commercial.

90 days later secondary sanctions are imposed on any other Nation doing business with that Nation to include passenger travel automatic tariffs of an additional 10% which rise by an additional 10% each month, not subject to waiver, suspension or limitation.

This is a fine finger in the eye of Judge Paula Xinis, who demanded Trump bring Abrego back from El Salvador.

“El Salvador wasn’t good enough for him? Fine –he’s in Uganda now, and you’re entirely to thank.”

Sanddog in reply to Paula. | August 25, 2025 at 12:56 pm

I figure they’re trying to find an activist judge who will piously declare that every deportee is entitled to a full trial by jury.

CommoChief in reply to Paula. | August 25, 2025 at 3:12 pm

This isn’t the test case in the way you mean it. TargaGTS laid out solid reasoning why not.

It will definitely be a very public object lesson though. Any illegal alien who chooses not to take the $1K and free plane ride home risks getting sent to some third Nation like Uganda if they get arrested.

The lefty outrage, performative rending of garments and media circus that will ensue when this Jack leg gets sent to Uganda will be spectacular.

also..2.5 million people signed a petition in fl to release the illegal who drove the semi that killed :

A petition urging Florida officials to show leniency toward Harjinder Singh, an illegal immigrant truck driver accused of causing a crash that killed three people, has garnered nearly 2.5 million signatures as of Sunday afternoon.

The petition — posted on the website Change.org and addressed to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis — calls for both DeSantis and the Flor

Adios, “Maryland Man”.

Democrats have some strange heroes.

I don’t know about you…I’d rather go to Costa Rica than Uganda!

El Salvador. Costa Rica. Uganda. I don’t care where Garcia goes. As long as he just goes. And then stays out of the United States for the rest of his life.

Am surprised Uganda would want him. Wonder what it cost us?

destroycommunism | August 25, 2025 at 11:10 am

nice to see lizzo has another job too

Would anyone call it a defeat for him to be deported to Uganda?

DaveGinOly in reply to Danny. | August 25, 2025 at 12:17 pm

What part of “deported” do you not understand?

CommoChief in reply to Danny. | August 25, 2025 at 3:04 pm

Nah, it’s like closing time at the bar..’You don’t gotta go home but you can’t stay here’.

Danny in reply to CommoChief. | August 25, 2025 at 8:45 pm

My point was that this time the Trump Administration is doing everything correctly and getting a much better result and we are no worst off for sending him to Uganda than we would be sending him home

I see Jaba the hut was there to join the protest.

Wouldn’t it be nice if American Citizens got as much “due process” as illegal aliens? I see the rent a mob showed up in support. I’d like to know who is paying them and as for that so called petition, how many of those signatures are real do you think?

Soros and other progressive billionaire dark money funneled (hidden) through various foundations to NGOs.

    henrybowman in reply to diver64. | August 25, 2025 at 5:43 pm

“Wouldn’t it be nice if American Citizens got as much “due process” as illegal aliens?”

“I fear persecution in Uganda on account of my race, nationality, political opinion, and membership in a particular social group. I also fear torture by or at the acquiescence of a public official in that country,” Abrego Garcia said on Saturday.”

I fear torture and persecution by Kilmar’s buddies, cartel thugs, none of whom have any right even to BE in this country, but for some reason (*cough* Democrat hack judges *cough*) still are. Where’s MY due process?

“You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.”

Closing time!

The “Maryland Father” was given a choice. Plead guilty to the human trafficking charges and go to El Salvador or ICE will take you in to custody based on your final deportation order and ship you to Uganda. It was his choice and he turned down the guilty plea. It’s off to Uganda first him. I guess his lawyers (paid for by socialist NGO’s most likely) didn’t realize the FAFO rules are in effect. By the way the Supreme Court just slapped these rogue district court judges about not following Supreme Court rulings. Failure to follow Supreme Court rulings is grounds for impeachment. They took an oath to UPHOLD THE LAW. FAFO at your own risk judges.

He looks distinctly darker in these photos than ever before.
Perhaps he is melanifying in preparation for his cruise.

There were DOZENS….literally dozens supporting him.

Bahahahaha, I guess the paid protester budget is tight these days.

I don’t care where he goes, just get the hell out of my country like you’ve been told multiple times to do already. You think some people could take a hint

Some judge is still going to spout off “prohibiting” ICE from doing it’s job. USSC rulings don’t seem to matter to them.
