Audio: Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s Wife Describes Abuse, Asks for Protection

It’s nice to see the MSM catch up on illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the alleged MS-13 member and alleged wife-beater, who the Trump administration deported to El Salvador.
Yesterday, I saw an Axios report on “new” material depicting domestic abuse…that we’ve been reporting since Andy Ngo reported the protective order Jennifer Vasquez Sura requested against her husband, Abrego Garcia.
You know, the woman who has been bashing President Donald Trump for deporting her caring husband. He’s such a great husband and father!
The DOJ also dropped the evidence against him, showing his alleged MS-13 ties. The Tennessee Highway Patrol suspected him of human trafficking.

Now, USA Today released audio of Vasquez Garcia begging a judge for a protective order against Abrego Garcia:
I came to fill out protective order, I think it was in December, but I didn’t show up to the court because his family washed my brain, telling me that his dad was sick and not to do it. So I didn’t do anything.
But after that, it was like I would call the police. I have a lot of police reports.
And I kept trying to get to the door basement to try to open the door, and then he pushed me. So then when I was able to go outside to get a phone. I called 911 from a disconnected phone. Now, they took a long time to get to the house, it was probably, like, 20-30 minutes.
So I saw a neighbor walking his dog, and I opened the door, and I was like, help! And then when he heard me, like, he grabbed me from my hair, and then he slapped me. And then the neighbor, he didn’t know what to do. He didn’t know what to react.
I have pictures of the evidence. Like, all the bruises, because even on Wednesday, he hit me, like, around, like, three in the morning. He would just wake up and hit me.
And then last Saturday, for my daughter’s birthday, party before, I went to my daughter’s birthday party, he slapped me three times.
And then last week, I did call the police. My sister called the police because he hit me in front of my sister.

From his picture it looks like a story about a bee keeper.
Either this woman made several false statements and filed false reports to LEO and the CT in requesting a DV protective order and SHE should be prosecuted and face max consecutive prison sentences for those falsified claims OR she was telling the truth and this guy was physically abusive and those crimes are additional grounds for removal.
The era of women making claims against men which carry very significant penalties only to withdraw them without any penalty for making false claims must end. No more using threat of or actual filing a false claim as a weapon without significant penalties for doing so.

Whatever the reason might be ….IMO if someone files a DV report, then seeks a protective order from the CT….it should be thoroughly investigated and either the person alleged to be the aggressor or the person making the allegations should be going to jail. This is a precedent that will see the next Democrat president ignore judges rulings on free speech and that the people Trump pardoned can’t be prosecuted for the crimes they received pardons for.

For the government to lose a case in court and do as it was going to anyway instead of appealing first MEANS THE COURT IS MEANINGLESS.
The ONLY reason America is different from Europe right now is our strong judiciary protecting our constitutional government and way of life.

Or judiciary has been acting outside of its constitutionally restricted role, and interfering with the executive branch.
As for this particular illegal immigrant, while his criminal behavior to light shows how terrible and undesirable he is, doing so is not necessary.

Germany’s “strong judiciary” just convicted a woman of publishing material sympathetic to Nazis. What she published was a photo of a German official throwing an accidental Nazi salute — which German courts never pursue when an actual official does it, only when a citizen does it. And true to form, they convicted the woman of what the official did.
Tell me again how “strong courts” that are also “stupid courts” protect us.
