‘Queers for Palestine’ Disney Roadblock Immediately Shut Down by Florida Highway Patrol

‘Queers for Palestine’ Disney Roadblock Immediately Shut Down by Florida Highway Patrol

“The ‘Queers For Palestine’ protesters who blocked the highway exit to Disney World in Orlando, FL, have been arrested by Florida Highway Patrol. I’m told they were arrested within 11 minutes. Florida continues w/ zero tolerance for blocking traffic.”,

Led by Gov. Ron DeSantis, the state of Florida has simply been unmatched when it comes to how to handle purposeful disruptions from anti-Israel protesters on college campuses and along major roadways.

The latest example comes courtesy of the Central Florida “Queers for Palestine” group, which thought it would be a neat idea to block a Disney exit Saturday and repeatedly chant “free Palestine.”

Here’s how it started:

It did not take long before one angry man, presumably a father with kids in the car who were wondering what the heck was going on, got out of his car and began speaking his mind to the agitators. Note midway through this clip that the Florida Highway Patrol were on the scene almost immediately:

The FHP being in the process of restoring order did not stop the dad from ranting a bit longer. A patrolman, meanwhile, orders the activist filming to move on. Though she does, she sticks around from a new spot to film a little more and in the process records the man continuing to go off while expletives are exchanged. In the background, we see other drivers beginning to drive around the blockade:

The road-blocking protest, however, soon ended thanks to the FHP, which made multiple arrests:

Fox 35 reported that in addition to three arrests, the vehicles that the protesters had parked on the interstate ramp were towed.

And if the above stunt didn’t provide us with enough clues about the mindsets of the intellectual heavyweights we’re dealing with here, there was this pinned statement on the CFLQ4P Instagram page:

We won’t allow ourselves to wear pink-washed glasses and let ourselves believe that as queer and trans people, our fight is disconnected from the fight of the Palestinian people.

CFLQ4P stands in solidarity with Queers in Palestine knowing that “israel’s” illegal occupation of Palestine is a part of the same oppressive force that harms queer and trans people everywhere. More importantly, as we are witnessing the genocide of the Palestinian people, we know that there are queer and trans people who exist amongst the martyrs (something israel doesn’t want you to believe).

That is (their) fantasy. Here’s the reality of the situation:

‘Nuff said.

I wonder how the Queers for Palestine would be treated by “Palestinians” if they were Gaza.

“Queers for Palestine,” but I guarantee you Palestine isn’t for queers.

I will pay airfare for any member of the LGBTQ+ community who moves to Palestine and stays there, promising never to return to the US.

This must be a really tough dilemma for a pinhead like you to resolve.

        Thud posting another dud.

Calling you a “pin” head would be generous, l’il thaddy boi.

I would expect a comment like that from you. Totally worthless reply, lacking thought and reasoning.

You cannot detect snark related to the irony of how the LGBT+ (Premium Membership) would be treated if they moved to any Islamic country.

But please, continue to show the world what an ass you are.

I have never seen any of your comments supported or welcomed on this platform.

Your comments are flyover country here, and if not, responded to with scorn and derision for your stupidity.

It must suck to be you.

        Hey! Douchebag.

Here’s a cool story about the Religion of Pieces that should help you defend their poor disgusting racist behavior. All because the 9 year old wasn’t a member of the Religion of Pieces.

Also, just because it comes from Gateway Pundit does not mean it’s a lie.

So, please, keep defending these monsters.

Also, just because it comes from Gateway Pundit does not mean it’s a lie.

No, it doesn’t prove it, just as a story appearing in Al Jazeera isn’t automatically false, but it creates a reasonable presumption. If a story appears there and not at any reliable source, then it’s safe to assume it’s a lie. If it does appear at a reliable source, then you should cite it from there.

In this case the story is from Liz Collins, who is a serious journalist, so it should be assumed to be true that the mother said this; as for the truth of what happened, the police are investigating.

Note that this isn’t a story about Islam, it’s a story about the alleged behavior of one group of 3rd grade girls.

But the final paragraph of the story is unfortunately very true: had the demographics of the girl making the allegation and her alleged attackers been reversed, the story would be making national headlines and be reported as if it were verified truth. And if it turned out not to be true that would never be reported, the story would just disappear. That is a real problem with America today.

“Queers for Palestine.”

The irony!

The fact. Free ride from a tall building, set on fire or submerged in water while trapped in a cage. Stoning, beheadings, and so much more.

The Religion of Pieces is soooo forgiving, soooo welcoming, sooooo loving to the LGBTQ+ (Premium membership) community.

It’s like the women who would prefer to be in the woods with a bear than be anywhere alone with a man.

Being in Pallywood with an Islamic fascist is better than being in the US and stopped from blocking traffic by police.

At least FHP won’t rape you before or after you are dead like your preferred friends in Islamic countries.

You do recognize the obvious logical inconsistency of ‘Queers for Palestinian’? These folks don’t seem to get that the ‘conflict’ as you describe it would be short lived and the outcome predetermined. These folks are useful idiots and semi pro protesters grabbing whatever news item of the moment to advance their agenda which FWIW isn’t tolerance b/c that’s long since been achieved, no these folks want everyone to embrace their agenda, enable and endorse it.

Thad Jarvis in reply to CommoChief. | May 12, 2024 at 3:33 pm

The irony of that is the obvious part. Israel is the only gay friendly nation in that region. Tel Aviv is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. My issue is with commenters who indulge in gutter level gay bashing with religious fervor but then adamantly support Israel.
So what’s it going to be? Support Israel, a liberal socially progressive country while simultaneously having the same gutter level attitude toward gay people that the Palestinians have? It seems like an odd circle to square.

“…having the same gutter level attitude toward gay people that the Palestinians have?”
No one here has suggested that gays be tossed off of buildings.

“It seems like an odd circle to square.”
And one that you’ve certainly failed to do.
        As usual.

JackinSilverSpring | May 12, 2024 at 12:37 pm

And how long would these morons remain alive in their favorite hell-hole. Of course, something is off with most “queers”, and their support for a murderous regime who would murder them is prima fascie evidence that such is the case.

Paula | May 12, 2024 at 1:03 pm

How queer of them! They’ve got it upside down and backwards. It is the Jews who support gays.

Israel’s military is one of the most accommodating in the world for LGBT individuals. There are many gays in the IDF but there are no gay Hamas. Palestine hates gates with a passion.

What is the life expectancy of a gay in Gaza? I dunno. It’s too short to measure.

Kudos to the FHP. Tourists contribute enough to traffic issues on I-4. We don’t need these yahoos adding their 2 cents. Lock ’em up and throw away the key.

Jesus. How long does it take this trooper to start crushing skulls?

Disney Corp is woke joke. They will “accommodate” the protestors by “reimagining” the park, and change a ride to anti-israel theme.

Where are the banners saying, “Dead Queers for Hamas!”

I think you should post the statute and enhanced penalties
# arrests smacks of caving
(What would General Mike Flynn do?)

there are people that actually seek out people with hiv to have s ex with

there are actually people who want suicide by cops

there is no shortage of sickos

but we allow them to control our society

that doesnt say much for us!!!

I cant get any gop to even answer questions that I pose to them

Azathoth | May 13, 2024 at 9:49 am

You are losing support for your cause?

Their cause?

Understand–that man yelling wasn’t based–he was one of THEM, pissed that they’re making the cause look bad.

Listen to what he’s saying and then go listen to what someone who’s sick of these terrorist supporting lefty asses sounds. They don’t tell them they’re hurting their message –they say ‘get the hell out of the road’

schmuul | May 13, 2024 at 3:28 pm

These are the Darwin Award winners of the year. What a bunch of morons. Can’t even quote their fake statistics from Hamas accurately. Being a Queer for Palestine is like being a hipster transgender Iranian woman who enjoys wearing a full burka while worshipping satan, neither exist except in the minds of delusional left wing bigots.

You can’t back up on an interstate so those cars are trapped meaning each person has been wrongfully imprisoned. Police should film the number of people and license plates and get each person to sign a complaint charging then with that many counts of wrongful imprisonment and get the sentences served consecutively.

    Obie1 in reply to les. | May 14, 2024 at 9:00 am

Just allow the first row of cars to turn around, then let the protesters enjoy the sweet smell of ICE exhaust for a while. Works with oil protesters as well.

drsamherman | May 13, 2024 at 9:50 pm

Sooner than we think this is going to turn very violent, and of course the leftist media will blame fed-up Americans for “Islamophobia” instead of our real anger at our lives being disrupted by terrorists like these Hamas-loving sphincters. Lefties are so irony impaired that they have zero idea that if they tried this is an Islamic country, they would simply be shot and the cars bulldozed off the road.
