ACLU of Virginia Tweets “You Are On Native Land” For Some Reason

I confess that I have zero idea what’s up with the radical left’s bizarre fixation on “native land.” I could venture a guess, of course, but why bother? Nothing they say or do makes much logical—or historical—sense.

For example, there are some 355 million people in the United States, of those approximately 5.2 million are Native American or Alaskan Natives. Leaving alone the complex early interactions between the British (and later, Americans) and the various native populations, what possible recourse is there at this point in history? Where do 350 million people go? Would Native Americans and Alaskans even want to live in the vastness of the U.S. completely alone?  Are we supposed to pay reparations? If so, to whom (and for what)?  It’s all most strange and nonsensical.

And it’s not just Occupy and CHAZ weirdos shouting about “native land.” The ACLU of Virginia got in on the crazy (archive link).

As usual, the people of Twitter responded with humor, facts, and . . . of course, some leftie whining.

The ACLU used to protect civil liberties, but they gave up on that some time ago and just focus on pimping the most radical leftist ideology they can find and/or dream up. It’s kind of sad to see how far they have fallen.
