Biden Admin Offers to Lift Oil and Financial Sanctions on Iran

President Joe Biden’s administration has offered major sanctions relief to the Iranian regime as part of the ongoing negations at the European Union-mediated summit in Vienna, news reports suggest.

The Biden White House could lift oil, economic, and banking sanctions on Iran in return to restore the 2015 nuclear deal. The proposed concessions are in line with the demands made by Tehran to lift all economic sanctions before it complies with the Obama-era agreement.

“The Biden administration has signaled it is open to easing sanctions against critical elements of Iran’s economy, including oil and finance, helping narrow differences in nuclear talks, according to people familiar with the matter,” The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday.

According to recent comments made by senior Israeli officials, the Biden administration could be just weeks away from cutting an Obama-esque deal with the Shia-Islamic regime. “We will not be surprised if within weeks the US and other world powers sign a deal with Iran,” an Israeli official told media over the weekend.

The Iranian regime and the EU are reportedly thrilled at the “progress” made in Vienna. The French broadcaster France24, on Wednesday, reported:

EU diplomat Enrique Mora hailed “progress made over the last two weeks” but said “ongoing challenges” remained to put the accord — which curbs Iran’s nuclear programme in exchange for sanctions relief — back on track. But for Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, the “negotiations have achieved 60-70 percent progress.””If the Americans act honestly, we will reach a conclusion in little time,” Rouhani said, as quoted by state news agency IRNA.

The concession offered in Vienna will be in addition to the sanctions relief already conceded by President Biden. His White House has revoked the enforcement of U.N. sanctions and arms embargo on Iran, reversing a decision made by former President Donald Trump.

The proposed moves by the Biden administration formally end President Trump’s strategy of “Maximum Pressure” and usher in the return of Obama-era appeasement policy towards Iran, the biggest state sponsor of global terrorism and jihad.

While Biden’s team coax and cajole the Mullah regime into ending its nuclear program in return for billions of dollars in frozen funds, foreign investment, and oil revenue, the regime continues to ramp up its nuclear weapons program.

The regime is now enriching near-weapons grad uranium in several of its nuclear facilities. “Iran began enriching uranium to 60% purity in order to show its technical capacity after a sabotage attack at a nuclear plant,” the Reuters news agency reported Tuesday.

An explosion and fire hit Iran’s top nuclear facility in Natanz. According to the regime’s admission, it deployed “thousands” of nuclear centrifuges to enrich uranium.

While the regime continues to blame Israel for the breach in the heavily-secured nuclear site, it has launched a search for a 43-year-old Iranian national suspected of involvement in the attack.

While Biden’s team talks diplomacy in Vienna, the aspiring nuclear regime has renewed its threats to wipe Israel off the map and eliminate all those who “stand against Islam,” an apparent reference to its Shia-Arab neighbors, the U.S., and the West.

Major General Hossein Salami, head of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the regime’s military wing, declared that Israel would soon “disappear” from the map, media reports on Monday said.

“The annihilation of all the devils of the world who stand against Islam will continue,” the IRGC chief, who also presides over the Iranian nuclear weapons program, added.
