I think it’s obvious now that University system is part of the swamp and needs to be drained.
That cares that got thrown out of class for factually stating what biologists believe about gender? He’s being ripped off and deserves a refund. Start by taking it out of the salary of that moronic teacher who booted him from class.
I’m completely astonished at the lack of professionalism from these so-called professors. It’s embarrassing how these so-called thought leaders are so arrogant in their ignorance.
I think you set your expectations too high. At least in my experience in higher education, for the last 4 or 5 decades the brain trust in the academe has been pretty monolithic and increasingly moving towards activism. I’ll agree that 4 decades ago, it wasn’t as vocal and energetic. But it seems that the majority of the non-sciences were monolithic. The progressives have done a good job of creating an environment for it to spread and to punish those who aren’t going along, so it now encompasses their entire enterprise. But it has always been there in my experience. It has just metastasized perhaps.
