I still can’t put aside Obama’s press conference earlier this week. Obama was seething with mockery and disdain for almost everyone other than himself, with Republicans in Congress a focus.
To say that the press conference was not presidential is an understatement. Mark Halperin was right, although decorum on television dictated that he not use D word.
Obama simply is temperamentally unfit for the Office of the President.

Obama’s problem is not simply a matter of temperament or his inappropriate demeanor. The reason he behaved like such a wise guy during that press conference is that he is a person of ineptitude who is in far over his head.
His behavior is inappropriate because all along, he has managed to charm people with words. It is becoming increasingly obvious that his performance has not matched his presentation skills. Further, it’s not likely that between now and the elections, he will be able to affect the economic issues he has made far worse during his time in office.
Obama has been able to talk his way into and out of nearly situation he has encountered in his life to date because he comes from academe and he got a pass on everything after that because he has, to quote Harry Reid, “no negro dialect”. Thus, the substance (or lack thereof) of his person was overlooked because his façade was appealing.
Now he finds himself being the recipient of a performance evaluation unlike any he has received to date. His problem is that he has never developed the ability to accept and learn from negative feedback. He is now furious because he cannot make the real world conform to his view of it and he can no longer manipulate people into believing that his performance was commensurate with his rhetoric.
The world will now be cruel to Obama because he has always been isolated from the negative consequences of his own behavior. If he were a person of character, he would accept his shortcomings, modulate his behavior accordingly (by learning from his mistakes), and go on. Since he has little integrity, ability or character, he is now going to employ Maslow’s law of the instrument, and he is going to continue trying to manipulate people with his rhetoric – because that’s all he has. He is thus clearly sharpening his demeanor to strike out at that which displeases him.
It’s not going to work.

Yes, he is temperamentally unfit for the Office of President of the United States of America as that is constructed and construed through the nation’s history, and as expected by, I am sure, still the majority of American citizens (not residents, citizens).
He is temperamentally hyper-fit what he and a great many citizens and residents of the USA want to make of that Office and of the USA. And he and they are wildly succeeding and know that they are. Their only worry is how to bamboozle, defraud and intimidate sufficiently to make the next national election turn in their favor. You are worried, as are many, with women especially vocal about it, that they will succeed in that endeavour also. The anticipation is justified.
IANAL, however, I am unaware of any legal structure, legislative decision or historical citizen expectation that contemplates the case wherein a duly elected official of the USA, in particular a POTUS, intends to do away with the the Office of President of the USA and the USA itself as those are constructed and construed through the nation’s history, or at least were assumed by the majority of citizens to be so constructed and construed.
In short, neither the nation’s governing structure nor her citizens’ expectations anticipate a POTUS who wants to tear the whole thing up and start over somewhere else with something and someone else. The “vision” they speak of. Nothing to do with the USA, everything to do with their “vision.” Lunatics have visions. It’s all so unexpected, truly.
So although the electorate and voter fraud combined to put just such a so-called POTUS in place, that person is not really a POTUS and said electorate blind-sided itself with devastating effect — or in a few cases, voted for the individual knowing his/her real intention in order to hasten the day of reckoning, however that might turn out.
My main point is: as best I see, all of this “fundamental transformation” into something not-USA as expected is unexpected by most citizens and by the very structure of the nation. So we’re running around trying to figure out what to do. And the nation’s structure appears radically un-self-protected from internal threat or attack by an occupant of its own statutory office of leadership.
Other nations through their citizens have experienced this peculiar anomalous condition but as best I know this is the first time Americans have. Invite in the world without formation to their new home and the world is going to turn you inside out and upside down, then pull you apart, roll you over, knead you and bake you as a loaf of their own choosing. Then they eat you.
Meanwhile, the temperamentally hyper-fit for what s/he wants to do is wildly successful both in executing the transformation and throwing its results gleefully in the faces of the chagrined. That is not a POTUS as expected acting, that is an Afro-Mohammedan sybarite/dictator cum imperialist. For that s/he is temperamentally fit as a fiddle.
S/he’s not after votes, s/he’s after fixation, whether of horror or homage. That fixation can win the next USA national election.

–Mental Illness: Obama’s family tree is replete with the unbalanced. His maternal great-grandmother committed suicide. His grandfather, Stanley Dunham, was particularly unhinged: He was expelled from high school for punching his principal; named his daughter Stanley because he wanted a boy; and exposed young Barry to not just drunken trash talk, but unrestricted visits with alleged pedophile Frank Marshall Davis (who might or might not be Obama’s biological father). Barack Sr. was an abusive, alcoholic bigamist.
Since mental illness runs in the family, does Obama have any signs? Yes and no. No, he is not a schizophrenic babbling about Martians. But there are red flags for some other conditions.
While Obama doesn’t appear to hallucinate, he seems to have delusions. His believing he has a Messiah-like special gift smacks of grandiose delusions. His externalizing all blame to conservatives, George W. Bush, or the “racist” bogeyman hints at persecutory delusions.
Along with a delusional disorder, Obama may fit for a mild psychotic disorder called schizotypal disorder. It may explain some of Obama’s oddness.
People with schizotypal disorder hold bizarre beliefs, are suspicious and paranoid, and have inappropriate and constricted affect. They have few close friends and are socially awkward. A schizotypal is someone like your strange cousin Becky who is addicted to astrology, believes she is psychic, and is the oddball at social gatherings.
Schizotypal Disorder does ring some bells vis-à-vis Obama. One way the diagnosis doesn’t fit, however, is that schizotypals are generally harmless, odd ducks. Not so with Obama.
–Trauma: My gut tells me that Obama was seriously traumatized in childhood. His mother disregarded his basic needs, dragged him all over the place, and ultimately abandoned him.
But I think there may be something even more insidious in his family background. While I can’t prove it, the degree of Obama’s disconnect reminds me of my sexually abused clients.
With serious sexual abuse, the brain chemistry may change. The child dissociates — that is, disconnects from his being — in order to cope. Many adult survivors still dissociate, from occasional trances to the most extreme cases of multiple personality disorder.
Apparently, young Barry was left in the care of Communist Frank Marshall Davis, who admitted to molesting a 13-year-old girl. As a teenager, Obama wrote a disturbing poem, “Pop,” that evoked images of sexual abuse — for instance, describing dual amber stains on both his and “Pop’s” shorts.
Would trauma explain Obama’s disconnect? In many ways, yes. A damaged and unattached child may develop a “false self.” To compensate for the enormous deficits in identity and attachment, the child invents his own personality. For Obama, it may have been as a special, gifted person.
Let’s return now to my original question: What is wrong with Obama? My guess is a great deal. The answer is complex and likely includes some combination of the above.
Along with the brain issues are personality disorders: narcissism, paranoia, passive-aggressiveness. There’s even the possibility of the most destructive character defect of all, an antisocial personality. Untreated abuse can foster antisocial traits, especially among boys.
If my assessment is accurate, what does this mean?
It means that liberals need to wake up and spit out the Kool-Aid…and that conservatives should put aside differences, band together, and elect as many Republicans as possible.
Because Obama will not change. He will not learn from his mistakes. He will not grow and mature from on-the-job experience. In fact, over time, Obama will likely become a more ferocious version of who he is today.
Why? Because this is a damaged person. Obama’s fate was sealed years ago growing up in his strange and poisonous family. Later on, his empty vessel was filled with the hateful bile of men like Rev. Wright and Bill Ayers.
Obama will not evolve; he will not rise to the occasion; he will not become the man he was meant to be. This is for one reason and one reason alone:
He is not capable of it.

Yes, Obama is incompetent. But the real problem is with the 53% of Americans who voted for him.
A poll out yesterday indicated something like 25% of those polled couldn’t name the year that the U.S. declared its independence from Britain. About the same percentage couldn’t name from what country we declared our independence. If the sample accurately represents the population as a whole, then extrapolating the results suggests about 75 million of my fellow countrymen are complete morons. We’re becoming a country of wilfully ignorant idiots — nearly all with the right to vote and about half of whom don’t pay income taxes. How scary is that?
That poll demonstrates how the government monopoly on the public school system has failed us miserably. And the liberal response is to throw more money at it, give inept and incompetent teachers guaranteed jobs for 25-30 years, then reward them with a lifetime pension and healthcare for graduating a bunch of morons. It’s an insane disgrace.
Obama is a disaster, for sure, but there was absolutely NOTHING in his background suggesting he would be up to the job of being president. No managerial/executive experience, no leadership experience, no military experience. A few years in a state legislature, during which time he was so indecisive he voted “present” over 100 times. PLEASE. And before that he was rabble rousing as a socialist community organizer in Chicago. That’s the kind of leader poverty stricken third world countries choose for their leaders, not the world’s only super power. Yet 53% of the country disgracefully voted for him, presumably because he could give emotional and dramatic readings from a teleprompter. And even with his disastrous performance to date, about 45% of the country amazingly continues to approve of his performance.
In a recent interview at the Hoover Institute, Thomas Sowell, who has been an eternal optimist for the 30 years I’ve been reading him, recently said that he is pessimistic about America’s future for the first time in his 80 year life. But the good news, he said, is that because of his old age he won’t have to live very long through the disastrous consequences that will result in the years ahead from the horrible policy choices made today.
We’re doomed.
There is no need for any type of lengthy psychological analysis on Obama. He is simply inept, and as a product of affirmative action, he has been isolated from the negative consequences of his wanting behavior all his life.
Like a spoiled child, he has never incurred negative feedback. He is thus emotionally and cognitively stunted. Like many similar people, he has developed numerous methods to cope with his ineptitude, we call these things character disorders.
Long story shorter – he’s a charlatan. We need to get rid if him ASAP and minimize the damage he can do until he is out of office. As much as I hate to concur with Donald Trump, he was the first person to come out and say with conviction, “Obama is a terrible President”. The mainstream media is doing everything they can do to obscure this clear fact. The Republicans are seemingly doing everything they can to avoid saying this out in the open. I don’t understand this. The guy is bad news. Let’s stop the denial.

“Temperamentally unfit for office”, even “narcissistic personality disorder” with Obama “losing it” under pressure to perform, are categories for a “normal American” version of the presidency. However, if foreigners with their funds and authoritarian intentions — code words marxist, maoist, islamist, vengeful Americans with an African heritage — have colluded in a perfect storm of fraud to defraud the independence of the USofA, then the hatred and disdain oozing from Obama’s every word fits perfectly. One needs to add only two elements: 1) the Chicago (mafia) way — pay to play and offers-one-cannot-refuse; and 2) manufacture “pseudo-scientific” lies that terrify the populace — human-caused (AGW-CO2) disasters.
I am not pessimistic because I believe that Americans are not so soft or corrupted that they-we will remain asleep to the evil being perpetrated. The tricky part will be to monitor and stop the electoral (and other) frauds in every state and in Washington DC.
The historical problem began in the 1970s when we started sending our, and our then-allies’, hard earned wealth to authoritarian-totalitarian countries for essential energy resources. Now that we know we have abundant natural energy resources right here at home, American wealth and prosperity can be recreated and circulated within our country. I believe that this abundant future is the primary one that Obama was “selected and elected” to prevent. From day one he has been decimating our finances (further) and enhancing executive authority designed to bring regulatory death to our economy.
Mine might be a conspiracy theory, but it only takes good old fashioned American will, ingenuity, and creativity to counter it — demanding transparency and accountability all along the way.
