In a bizarrely congratulatory, even boastful, article entitled "The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election," Time sketches a chilling portrait of a "well-funded cabal" of Democrats, activists, the media, Never Trumpers, unions, Big Tech, and Big Business who conspired to ensure that President Trump lost his reelection bid and was unsuccessful in his efforts to challenge the results.

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and the Chicago Teachers Union (CTU) called for a two-day break after officials pulled off one agreement. Students K-8th grade have not attended in-person class since March 2020 due to COVID-19. CPS wanted to open schools in January, but the union has made it difficult by insisting officials have not met any demands.

President Joe Biden has for decades depicted himself as a blue-collar guy from Scranton, Pennsylvania, and part of his political persona is an appeal to the lunch bucket crowd—working-class voters.

Oberlin College has been in the throes of turmoil for a decade. Aggressive, and sometimes absurd, social justice warfare hit the school's image and enrollment long before the Gibson's Bakery lawsuit and massive verdict. The latest controversy surrounds cost-cutting in an attempt to narrow a multi-million dollar 'structural deficit'. While there have been some cutbacks at administrative and faculty levels, the college now is attempting to jettison it's unionized custodial and dining hall workers.
