Last month's beheading of a Paris school teacher and the subsequent terror attack in the city of Nice appear to be connected, evidence uncovered by the French investigators shows. The Tunisian Muslim immigrant, Brahim al-Aouissaoui, who beheaded a 70-year old woman and two other worshipers in Nice's Notre Dame church may have been in personal contact with the Russian-Chechen Muslim refugee who beheaded Samuel Paty, the 47-year-old Parisian middle school teacher.

The Palestinian Authority's new school curriculum infuses antisemitism in young minds and glorifies jihad terrorism, reveals a recently released report by IMPACT-se, an NGO that monitors school textbooks around the world. The report, which analyzed 222 textbooks for the 2020-21 academic year, found that they "remain openly antisemitic and continue to encourage violence, jihad and martyrdom."

The war of terror against Israel could be entering a new phase as Gaza-based terrorist groups prepare for a joint campaign against the Jewish state, news reports from the region suggest. "The military wings of terror organizations in the Gaza Strip are preparing for a long-term joint campaign against Israel," the Times of Israel reported citing pro-Hezbollah Lebenase newspaper Al-Akhbar.

The killing of the Iran Revolutionary Guards Corps' Qods Force chief, Qassem Soleimani, in Baghdad, Iraq Friday morning was a severe blow to many of the Iranian-backed proxy groups in the region including Gaza’s militant groups. What has their reaction been to losing one of chief supporters? Does all of Gaza’s people support the militant groups’ position regarding the death of Soleimani?

The Palestinian rocket barrage on Israeli civilian communities continues unabated today. In all, over 500 rockets have been fired on Israeli cities and towns, causing at least four Israeli civilian deaths. Homes and the maternity ward of a hospital have been hit, among other civilian locations in Israel. Hamas and Islamic Jihad are threatening to expand the rocket fire to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and even further north.
