The District Court in Hawaii recently granted yet another injunction against a Trump Travel Order, in that case Travel Order No. 3. In light of prior Supreme Court stays of similar injunctions, the Hawaii District Court Order was plainly ridiculous. I noted at the time:

The order intended to temporarily curb immigration from well-known state sponsors of terror.

Hawaii has it out for Trump’s attempt to curb oft-exploited visas to the U.S. issued in well-established state sponsors of terror.

For the third time, a federal judge in Hawaii has approved a request for a temporary restraining order, putting Trump’s latest travel executive order on hold.
