Trump Admin has Arrested 1,296 Tren de Aragua Gang Members

The admin has charged almost 350 members and associates with federal crimes.

The Trump administration has nabbed 1,296 members of Tren de Aragua, the vicious gang from Venezuela, since January 20, 2025.

The Washington Examiner first reported the data.

“President Trump created the Homeland Security Task Force to eradicate gangs, cartels, and transnational criminal organizations who entered the United States, and operated with impunity, as a result of the Biden administration’s disastrous open border policies,” White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis told The Washington Examiner. “Our message to Tren de Aragua and all the transnational criminal organizations is simple: we will dismantle your networks, seize your profits, and put the safety of the American people first. The days of vicious gangs, like TdA, profiting off of the death of American citizens is over.”

On his first day in office, President Donald Trump signed an executive order forming the Homeland Security Task Forces with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

“The objective of each HSTF is to end the presence of criminal cartels, foreign gangs, and transnational criminal organizations throughout the United States, dismantle cross-border human smuggling and trafficking networks, end the scourge of human smuggling and trafficking, with a particular focus on such offenses involving children, and ensure the use of all available law enforcement tools to faithfully execute the immigration laws of the United States,” according to the executive order.

The data runs from January 20, 2025, to October 8, 2026. The task force has nabbed 1,296 Trn de Aragua members and charged almost 350 members and associates with federal crimes.

“President Trump’s Homeland Security Task Forces have encountered TdA gang members [in] almost every state,” an ICE spokesperson wrote in a statement to The Washington Examiner. “This is one of the most vicious gangs on planet earth. They rape, maim, and murder for sport.”

Here are a few accomplishments:

The State Department designated TdA and other gangs as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) on February 20, 2026.

TrA was formed in 2014, but quickly became a transnational organized crime syndicate.

Venezuelans rarely immigrated to America, but that all changed on January 21, 2021.

The gang took advantage of President Joe Biden’s open border policies. From 2021 to mid-2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encountered 500,000-700,000 Venezuelans.

Unfortunately, we do not know how many TrA members are currently in America.

It boggles my mind that the evil and moronic Biden regime allowed these monsters to come into our country and stay.

That’s all? Astonishing.

What Biden did to our country makes Benedict Arnold look like a choir boy! The evil that is here because of him and his minions that will never be found is staggering. Most of them that will be found will be after committing heinous crimes.

This is a significant public service and exactly what I voted for.

Deport all the Tren de Aragua jokers and the MS-13 jokers, and the Mexican cartel operators, and so on.

Debate if you wish deporting the schmoe who overstayed a tourist visa; I want all the organized crime foreigners deported yesterday.

We should be worrying less about the public servants picking up the trash than debating how to handle the public servants who carted the trash in in the first place.

1,296 dependable Democrat voters taken off the streets!

Yet no one is punished for letting these vermin in to terrorize the citizenry?
