New York Mom Allegedly Killed by Asylum Seeker Boyfriend in Ireland

Jamey Carney, 43, was discovered dead by her 13-year-old daughter in her home in Ireland on Tuesday morning.
Carney moved to Ireland in 2021 with her daughter.
Police believe her boyfriend, Ahmad Alsaqer, who sought asylum in Ireland in 2024, killed her.

State Pathologist Dr Linda Mulligan determined the killer suffocated Carney to death, but she also suffered assault and head injuries.
Carney met Alsager at an anti-Israel rally about a year and a half ago:
Carney, who worked in the healthcare industry, reportedly met Alsaqer around a year and a half ago, not long after he had entered Ireland.
The staunch pro-Palestinian shared videos of herself with Alsaqer at a rally for the cause in Ireland, with the pair both wearing the checkered keffiyeh.
Alsaqer is also pictured in numerous Instagram posts alongside Carney, with captions including, “Dating an Arab be like..,” “I’m his flower/warda and he’s my moon/qamar,” and “learning Arabic.”

Unfortunately, the police believe Alsaqer fled the country. The Jordan native is thought to have taken a bus to Dublin and booked a flight to Istanbul.
Alsager might go back to Jordan, which does not have an extradition treaty with Ireland. The Irish Times pointed out, too, that “extradition to the Republic is only permitted when a person is sought to either serve a sentence or to be charged with an offence.”
Authorities cannot request extradition for the purposes of an investigation or questioning. The police must “seek the extradition of the suspect in the Carney murder if they have received a direction from the Director of Public Prosecutions to charge him with an offense.”

He is believed to have jumped on a bus from Killarney to Dublin at 3 a.m. and possibly a last-minute flight out of Ireland to Istanbul, Turkey, according to the Irish Independent.
Police are probing several of Alsaqer’s contacts across the Middle East, including in Turkey, Syria and Jordan, suspecting they are helping the man, who arrived in Ireland in 2024, escape.
Officials issued alerts at ports and airports over fears Alsaqer had a 12-hour head start to flee the country before Carney’s body was found.
“(Police) are satisfied that a person of interest in this investigation left the jurisdiction in the early hours of Tuesday 7th July prior to the body of the deceased female being discovered and reported to,” a police statement to the Irish Independent said.
It is unclear how he could have fled the country as he wouldn’t have had access to his passport due to his open asylum application, sources told the outlet.
The police have not released a motive.
“Neighbors reported hearing a loud argument coming from Carney’s rented home on Monday, hours before her body was discovered,” reported The New York Post.
Forensic evidence could complicate the investigation since Alsager visited and stayed over with Carney on a regular basis.
Therefore, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the authorities discover Alsager’s DNA at the scene.

The left want’s to virtue signal so badly for cred that they will do things that they will through all caution to the wind engaging in activities like this which are clearly dangerous. This man killed a woman in her own home and was simply allowed to abscond from an entire country. Now he is comfortably at home, hands caked in blood, and the government can do nothing but accept this tragic loss of life and tell her teenage daughter to kick rocks. Is that acceptable even to the so-called refugees that come here? I wouldn’t think so.
