Mullin: ‘We’ve Identified 250,000 Noncitizens Registered to Vote’ in Four States
“We also worked with proactive states to identify 28,000 non-citizens on their voter rolls, plus 400,000 individuals that are still registered to vote that are deceased.”
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin expanded on President Donald Trump’s remarks, announcing that four states had noncitizens on their voter rolls.
So first of all, the Department of Home Security, we’ve identified 250,000 non-citizens registered to vote in just four states. Mind you, we have 46 other states, and just four states we’ve identified 250,000 non-citizens registered to vote in California, and Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada.
We also worked with proactive states to identify 28,000 non-citizens on their voter rolls, plus 400,000 individuals that are still registered to vote that are deceased.
Now, those 20 or these 23 states, they proactively worked with us on the Save Program. That’s Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, Idaho, Alabama, Missouri, Louisiana, Kansas, Arkansas, Wyoming, Montana, Iowa, Florida, South Dakota, Indiana, Arizona, South Carolina, Utah, Nebraska, Michigan, and my great home state of Oklahoma.

The preliminary review found these possible noncitizens:
- 190,832 in California
- 35,152 in New Jersey
- 15,903 in Nevada
- 14,576 in Pennsylvania
The states have two weeks to respond and tell DHS if they intend to work with federal officials to remove the noncitizens.
A preliminary @DHSgov review found over 250,000 non-citizens registered to vote in four states: California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Nevada.
This shouldn’t be a red or blue state issue: ONLY Americans should elect American leaders.

Mullin also revealed that Iran has hacked us:
We know that Iran hacked our state voter files and attempted to compromise, is the best word I can use, our systems where military members use to vote. So we’re working with Secretary Hegseth and the DOW to safeguard those systems and protect our military voters.
What’s frustrating to get in this is that the Biden administration knew this, and our intel community knew this, and not only did they withhold it from President Trump in his first term, but they withheld it, it looks like President Biden in his term. They withheld this information from the public. They withheld it from Congress. That should never happen again. And because of President Trump’s leadership, we’re not allowing that to happen.
We’re telling the American people not to scare them, but to ensure, ensure them that we are watching it, we’re taking it serious. We will secure our elections.

It sounds like other enemies have access, too:
Talking about our machines, we know for sure that our foreign adversaries, not our allies, foreign adversaries have parts that are vital pieces in our voting machines. We know that they can access what they consider the key to the back of these vote to these machines. We know that they can change voter registration and your vote. We know it’s possible. There’s not a question. It’s not even for debate.
One thing that I love about numbers, and I love about facts, is they don’t lie. This isn’t something that I’m trying to tell you to spin a narrative. This is what is going on, and what we are saying is that every state should partner with us to work to secure this.
Once we identify the problem, everybody should be informed. Working with Secretary [of Commerce Howard] Lutnick, we are going to make our our security enhancements mandatory, meaning that if these states want a grant and they want to be reimbursed to work or to run federal elections, they’re going to have to implement security issues. Just security issues.
We’re not trying to get into anything else, but we’re saying that the machines have to be secured, and that your voter restoration list needs to be scrubbed. We need to make sure that individuals that are legally able to vote are voting.

“We’ve put these governors on notice.“
Oh boy! More mean spirited letters!
Pam, we’ve missed you.
how about putting these governors and the non citizens under indictment?
That is not an option. The governors have n0t committed any offense. Congress can’t even make it an offense if it wanted to.
The false registrants have committed a state offense, if they were aware that they made a false statement under oath, but they haven’t committed a federal offense, so there can’t be a federal indictment.
If state governors refuse to permit unlawful voter entries to be removed from the rolls, would that be an offence? Can states de facto grant the right to vote to illegals etc?
No, it wouldn’t be an offense. Congress can’t make a law making such refusal an offense.
Congress does have remedies, but they can’t involve arresting a governor.
One labor-intensive but effective remedy would be to send federal monitors into polling places to challenge voters whom they believe to be unlawfully registered.
you don’t know that, but a grand jury can certainly find out
Not even if these people voted in a federal election? And by federal election, I mean when a US Senate, House Of Representatives, or Presidential position is on the ballot. The very act of registering knowing they were not eligible, or voting while claiming to be a deceased person, when Federal offices are involved would seem to make that a Federal offense.
Name names as to who withheld information or compromised any part of our voting process and prosecute.
Public execution would be a reasonable punishment
Take the list of the 23 cooperating States and the remaining 27 ain’t cooperating. Several of the non cooperative States are in legal actions with DoJ suing to gain their voter registration rolls b/c they won’t provide them to the Feds.
How about the other 15,000,000?
This from the man that wanted ICE to stop traffic stops?
What other 15M? This is about aliens, not illegal ones. And there’s no indication that any of the 15M recent infiltrator are registered to vote in any state. Asserting that some of them are, let alone a significant number, is pure speculation.
Mullin is not up to the job
He was just pruning that thine is his friends and just doesn’t have 50 votes, has 49
How about standing up for America and twisting some arms
Insane how many RINOs
Mullin could easily get the blue States with the program. All he has to do is tell the public that Israel has compromised our election infrastructure.
Ultimately were probably gonna have to get Congress to set up separate process for Federal elections with a Federal voter registration process, Federal registration list, separate maintenance requirements along with ballot issuing/handling requirements, a return to ‘election day’ voting on a single day in person with strict controls for absentee ballots and single day counting requirements.
Congress can regulate congressional elections (with one obscure exception of polling places for senate elections). It has no power to regulate presidential elections. All it can do is make recommendations for best practices to the states.
Well …sorta. What I mean is there’s indirect ways to do it. Simple bifurcation of State vs Federal
1. registration list and its requirements including ID, oversight, maintenance
2. Federal election day as a single day, in person event with ID requirements, ballot handling/security, counting procedures
Those things don’t ‘require’ the individual States to alter their own processes for State elections. However, they will create an instant compare and contrast between the Federal registration list v State list and the procedures for State v Federal ballot/voting.
I’m not 100% sure that your contention re Presidential ballots/election is accurate. If it were so obviously true as you suggest then the the exiting Federal Write in Absentee Ballot (FWAB) would only encompass contests for House/Senate and it would exclude Presidential contests. It seems logical that every prior election challenge would have sought to exclude the votes for President generated from FWAB if the Congress wasn’t empowered to create a separate Federal ballot with a separate set of regs.
I think it would be more accurate to observe that the selection of electors is a distinct process as a Constitutional matter than the process of how the electors conduct their separate process to assign the electoral votes of their State.
The constitution does not give congress any say over how presidential electors are chosen. It leaves that matter entirely to the state legislatures.
Any non citizen who has registered to vote has committed a crime. They should be treated accordingly.
Indeed, but is it a federal crime or only a state one?
250,000 illegals found so far. Out of how many on the rolls?
Let’s see:
CA has 23 million
https://elections.cdn.sos.ca.gov/ror/60day-special-2025/complete-ror.pdf
PA has 9 million
https://www.pa.gov/agencies/dos/resources/voting-and-elections-resources/voting-and-election-statistics
NV has 2.5 million
https://www.nvsos.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/17536/639046838651000000
NJ has 6.5 million
https://www.nj.gov/state/elections/assets/pdf/election-results/2025/2025-official-general-voter-turnout.pdf
Add them 4 states you get 41 million give or take a million.
So 250,000 illegals out of 41 million registered voters. Not a killer statistic, though 250000 is too high for comfort.
The difficulty is that so many of the bad votes are not from aliens but from phantom registrants as the recent LA mayoral primary showed:
https://legalunitedstates.com/california-primary-election-fraud/
Bring on the SAVE Act, though those hopes are dimming.
Forty-one million people is equal to about 54 congressional districts. This is what allowing illegals into the country is about.
Imagine a consistent, overwhelmingly blue district that has enough illegals in to split into two districts. After the split, without increasing the number of voters (illegals still can’t vote), the same number of Dem voters will elect twice as many reps to Congress than they had before. Illegal aliens are a political force multiplier.
No, 250,000 illegals have NOT been found on the rolls. This entire story has nothing to do with illegals. Mullin claims that they’ve identified 250,000 aliens, not illegal ones.
And it is only a claim, so far.
Tell us who they all voted for.
A complicating fact is that these ineligible voters who are registered may not have registered themselves to begin with. They could have been registered by vote farmers (harvesters). So prosecuting such people is not necessarily a solution. and certainly not fair.
Meh, send them a notice to the effect they gotta take affirmative steps to remove their name from voter rolls or face prosecution.
If they didn’t put themselves on the roll, by what law could they be compelled to?
Yup, the unintended consequences of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (P.L. 103-31).
For probably 20 years, a California state politican, Gil Cedillo, pushed to get driver’s licenses for illegal aliens. It finally came to fruition in 2013….
NEVER should have released this number – it is so far below the real number. IF saying this, Rs should start saying, THIS IS IN ONLY FOUR STATES.
They should have made it a point of emphasis that the 250k is only four States.
On the other hand 250k ballots is a lot. In fact the broad outcomes of the 2020 election would have reversed on the strength of 250k votes in a handful of States (WI, GA, PA, AZ as I recall). The GoP would have held the House, the Senate and Trump would have been inaugurated to his second term in Jan ’21 instead of Biden.
