In a recent discovery by CriticalRace.org, Jefferson Community College, a State University of New York, was revealed to be enforcing various aspects of the radical transgender ideology on its students. The college, located in Watertown, New York, allows students to use whichever restroom or locker room that aligns with their perceived ‘gender identity.’ This means that biological men and women are allowed to use the same private facilities.

As per the college’s “Information for Transgender Students, Faculty & Staff” webpage, “Jefferson Community College students, faculty, staff and visitors may use the locker room consistent with their gender identity.” This same policy was found to also apply to all of the college’s restroom facilities.

The college does not stop at restroom facilities, however. The school’s sexual harassment policy states that failing to use a student’s preferred pronouns may constitute a policy violation.

As displayed in the 2025-2026 Student Handbook, one of the college’s “Examples of Sexual Harassment” is listed as the “intentional misuse of an individual’s preferred pronouns.” This would mean that students who do not recognize an individual’s stated pronouns could face a conduct review and even certain “legal remedies.”

Universities enforcing this type of policy have been the focus of recent litigation by several watchdog groups. In June, the Young Americans Foundation and Defending Education sued the University of Minnesota and the University of California, respectively, for enforcing pronoun-use policies in their schools.

The University of Minnesota forbid students from “using biological pronouns to refer to transgender-identifying people,” while the University of California system’s “Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment (SVSH) Policy” stated that “[i]ntentionally calling someone their name used before [gender] transition, as opposed to their lived name, is called dead-naming, and may be a form of sexual harassment.”

The use of restrooms and locker rooms based on a person’s perceived gender identity has even drawn federal attention in recent months. On June 17, the Department of Education opened a Title IX investigation into a North Carolina school district after a “parent reported to OCR that girls in the District are being forced to share their female-only restrooms with biological men.”

“Since Day One, the Trump Administration has steadfastly enforced Title IX according to its intended purpose – to protect young women and girls from discrimination on the basis of sex,” stated Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Kimberly Richey.

“Even so, we still receive countless complaints from distressed parents who cannot trust school officials with the education and wellbeing of their children.”

It gives new meaning to a college Trans Script.

As a society we have wandered far too far in prioritizing the individual over the group. Indulgence of deviance versus the safety of the group is anarchy.
