Renewed Outrage Over Rotherham, Other UK Child Exploitation Cases After Elon Musk Demands Accountability

“So many people at all levels of power in the UK need to be in prison for this.”

The United Kingdom has been rocked over the last couple of decades by a series of “grooming gang” scandals that came to light involving young girls as young as 11 years old being groomed for rape and other forms of sadistic abuse by immigrants of Pakistani and in some cases Asian descent, many of who were lovingly accepted into the country by the UK government in the name of diversity, equity, and inclusion (and cheap labor, ‘natch).

Telford and the city of Oxford were among the places where these abuses were uncovered, thanks partly to whistleblowers and investigative journalists who ignored calls to keep quiet.

But it was the Rotherham scandal involving over 1,500 girls that perhaps got the most international attention after it was revealed that the abuses went on for as long as they did, thanks in large part to political correctness, as those with the power to do something about it didn’t want to be viewed as “racist” or “Islamophobic” for investigations into the actions of the perpetrators.

Prof. Jacobson wrote about the case in 2014:

In Rotherham, England, a group of Pakistani immigrants and others of Pakistani descent deliberately targeted white teenage girls for sexual exploitation, with a religious angle to the targeting.

The authorities knew of the exploitation, but were fearful of talking about it or going public with it for fear of being called racist or Islamophobic.

So the abuse continued for over a decade, with approximately 1400 girls gang raped and otherwise sexually abused. It’s all detailed in The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Exploitation in Rotherham, 1997 – 2013 …..

Some ten years later and as 2024 was drawing to a close, a Twitter/X post about the Oxford cases (which involved nearly 400 young girls) that included a partial screengrab of one judge’s sentencing remarks from June 2013 went viral, receiving over 11,000 retweets as of this writing and sparking a renewed conversation around the scandals and the cover-up attempts that followed after they were exposed.

Warning: The descriptions of the abuse some victims endured are graphic and horrific:

Telegraph columnist Sam Ashworth-Hayes, who not-so-shockingly was the only reporter present during sentencing hearings in September for some of the Rotherham perpetrators, has also been tweeting about the scandals, sharing screengrabs of stories regarding the extensive Rotherham cover-up:

It was the tweets of Ashworth-Hayes and others that caught the attention of Twitter/X owner Elon Musk, who has been tweeting about it ever since:

Popular “Harry Potter” author JK Rowling also has some thoughts:

Government officials in the UK are also chiming in with fresh calls for accountability:

This is one of those “don’t look away” issues where people need to get louder and keep pressing not just for accountability for the authority figures who looked the other way, but for the bad-faith actors in all levels of government who continue to promote the dangerous far-left ideals of political correctness and wokeness at the expense of public wellness, safety, and security.

One of the findings of the Rotherham report is just as disturbing as the political correctness excuse. Since the girls were deemed poor, low-class slags, the police didn’t think it was any big deal.

In the absence of a response from the ‘justice system’ the proper response to a grooming-gang is a castration-gang.

Well King Chuck, why are you allowing this to happen to your subjects.

Oh that’s right, they’re subjects, not citizens and you don’t give a rats ass about them.

This is one of the worst stories of government malfeasance in modern history. It shocks the conscience.

When these stories were first being reported it was bad enough. There still hasn’t been any real consequences for the Police, the Judiciary and the Gov’t both Local and National who not only didn’t take action but allowed it continue for years on end. The British people are likely gonna have to drag their ‘leaders’ kicking and screaming to get some consequences b/c their ruling class seems determined to keep on ignoring this.

I still give the award to Tuskegee.
The government wasn’t merely turning a blind eye to the abuse, they were the abuser.

Good for you, Henry. We were all waiting to see which sadistic scandal would receive your prestigious award. Have any daughters studying in Europe?

Anyone who downvoted you for that should be deeply ashamed of him/herself.

If you can’t have empathy towards those girls there is something deeply wrong with you.

If you are pulling out a scandal of another century in order to downplay it….

By the way when government knows about it, is alerted to it and not only turns a blind eye but suppresses it and uses violence against the parents to keep the story low…..

I promise if it was Henry’s daughter his desire to downplay by use of a scandal literally from last century would go out the window.

That’s true. But, the behavior of local police and officials was so incredibly egregious, they’ve walked right up to the line of abuse themselves, and perhaps even crossed it. There is one example listed in the recent IG report (or whatever it’s called in the UK) that highlights how horribly and PURPOSEFULLY incompetent the police behavior was. A neighbor heard screams coming from a home close by and called emergency services. Police entered the home, owned by a Pakistani man, and found two naked teen girls (barely teenage) and 6 Pakistani men in addition to the homeowner.

The police didn’t interview ANY of the men and then arrested AND PROSECUTED the teenage girls for underage intoxication. Did the police inject them with Syphilis? No. But, probably only because they didn’t have any on hand. There were at least 1,400 other cases not materially dissimilar to that, many even worse.

Horrific! Disgraceful!
Starmer should be shamed at every turn!
I pray for justice for those poor girls!
I pray that British citizens will rise up and rid themselves of the pestilences.

Starmer is horrible and has considerable personal culpability because of his prior position. But, people in the UK shouldn’t forget that it was a TORY government that turned a blind-eye to all this for more than a decade, which underscore how feckless the Brit ‘conservative’ party is. No one is coming to save the people of former Great Britain.

One of the reasons you have to move away from places like this is the correct response from dads is the actual punishable offense. Also- the voters who voted for this outnumber you (more on that in a sec).

Seriously this pattern factored into my decision to move away from Wa. As good as I think I MIGHT be at disappearing some trash, it’s just not worth the risk.

Although I don’t think it entirely applies in this case because they were victimizing the poorer classes- I partially think it’s Gods plan to unleash these monsters on the people who vote for this (ie- Seattle, Olympia, Portland, San Francisco, LA, New York) so why risk your Danial Penny butt?

And never forget how our FBI allowed the rapes of the Olympic Gymnasts to continue long after they were notified about it. Not one single agent was disciplined even though they declined to investigate and then lied about their inaction.

This is where not just ‘justice’ is called for but the Saxon needs to learn to hate again, not just the rapists and their enablers but all Asian and Paki immigrants. This calls for something evil, it is time for revenge all round.

Feckless, ignorant, naive, stupid and cowed dhimmitude enables and leads directly to evil acts.
