Report: ICE in Phoenix Arrest Illegal Immigrants Accused of Beating NYPD Cops

How about we not release those who beat cops, especially the one who has two open cases, without bail. Also, don’t elect soft-on-crime district attorneys.

Sources told Fox News that ICE has captured several of the illegal immigrants accused of beating two NYPD cops in Manhattan:

Immigration and Customs Enforcement sources told Fox News that the migrants allegedly involved in the mob beating of NYPD officers were arrested Monday evening by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix.

The identities of the suspects arrested have not been released. There are also no further details on which migrants seen beating the officers were arrested on Monday.

The suspects fled after the district attorney’s office did not request bail for them. A judge then released them without bail.

Last weekend, a video caught eight illegal Venezuelan immigrants wailing on and beating up Lt. Ben Kurian and Police Officer Tian Zunxu near Times Square.

The “asylum-seekers” came to New York City a year ago.

The NYPD arrested four on the spot: Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, 19, Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19, Wilson Juarez, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24. They were “arraigned on a count each of second-degree assault on a police officer and obstructing governmental administration.”

A judge released them without bail! Do you know why? The Manhattan DA’s Office, headed by Alvin Bragg, whom George Soros backs, did not request bail.

Reveron has a case open in November and December. Wow…three months in a row for this guy:

In November, he allegedly “pushed, punched and bit” a Nordstrom Rack employee who caught him trying to steal a $130 item from the Union Square store’s display rack, according to law enforcement sources.

Last month, he also allegedly “punched with a closed fist” a loss prevention officer at the Herald Square Macy’s after trying to pull off a robbery with two other suspects, the sources said.

A judge also released a fifth suspect, Jhoan Boada, 22, without bail.

Jandry Barros, 21, and Yohenry Brito, 24, were arraigned on Thursday. The judge ordered Brito to be held on bail.

Bragg’s office requested bail for Brito:

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office said the $15,000 cash bail or a $50,000 bond was warranted because Brito had been positively identified on the video footage of the attack through a “distinct tattoo.”

He has four prior arrests for petty larceny, with two open cases and a guilty plea on a disorderly conduct charge in September, according to sources and a criminal complaint.

Assistant District Attorney Zachary Kotin also argued that Brito didn’t have a permanent address or ties to the community, warranting the bail to ensure his return to court, and Judge Marisol Martinez Alonzo agreed to the amount.

Gov. Kathy Hochul wants to meet Bragg about not requesting bail for the suspects because “an assault on a police officer is bail eligible.”

We do not know for sure which suspects fled to California or how they ended up in Phoenix. I’m guessing they were headed to Mexico.

They should be extradited to NY and held without bail in Rikers and deported Bragg should be fired for his acting as a legal aide attorney on steroids masquerading as a DA

This means three things:

1. They get to flip the bird again on camera again
2. It will of course be blurred out again in the news again
3. And when they get to NYC again they will get bail and be released again

I’m sorry, this is so disgusting I had to post it somewhere

They should not have been offered bail, at all. They all should have been held over to trial. To call them “flight risks” would be the understatement of the century.

BTW, the “charity” that got them tickets out of New York is a criminal enterprise that needs to be shut down and its officers arrested.

Of course, none of this will happen in New York, because it’s a lawless hellhole of the third world run by gangs of retards and traitors.

BTW, the “charity” that got them tickets out of New York is a criminal enterprise that needs to be shut down and its officers arrested.
And plenty of others helping these folks.
Of course, they’ll claim anonymity of the bus riders. “We didn’t know who they were.”

    And, yes, it’s NY, so….

Arizona feds just doing the jobs Americans NY City legal system won’t do.

    This is a serious question.

On what grounds did ICE arrest them? They were arrested in NYC and released. So why is ICE getting involved? Seems like them leaving town is a NYC issue.

Technically, the law says that if you’re charged with a crime of violence you get priority for deportation. And they are illegal aliens. So, if ICE is actually doing their job, this is what they would do.

I know, it’s that “doing their job” part that makes me suspicious.

Thanks. So if ICE deports them, this all makes sense. If ICE doesn’t deport them immediately, will there be a lawsuit which will be settled by the transfer of millions of dollars to these 4 gentlemen?

Isn’t it interesting that they came here for “asylum,” but had to flee to Mexico for safety.

Maybe they should just have stayed there if it is so safe…..

Arrested by ICE for what?

These fine gentlemen are invited guests — migrant pilgrims, holier than the evil WAPSs they are meant to replace. Not an drop of White Supremacy in their veins! Their “””crimes””” are purely a product of their circumstance, a product of evil colonialism! Justice! Justice! /s

Has “The Squad” started shrieking about this yet? “OMG leave them alone! Oh those poor dreeeeemers! Being persecuted by the fascist police! Defund the police! ACAB!” and various other nonsense.

How much can a Phoenix to Caracas ticket cost? Earmark Hunter’s pending payment to the IRS. Ha Ha Ha

s/wailing/waling
It was the cops, not the thugs, who were probably wailing.

I want to thank you for this correction, sincerely.
In 70+ years of life as a rabid reader, I don’t believe I have ever ONCE seen this word spelled this way.
I’ve always seen it spelled either whaling or wailing — neither one of which has any obvious rational etymology, and neither of which appear in authoritative dictionaries.
And now I see “waling,” defined in perfectly good dictionaries as “the raising of whip welts.”
    Another little life mystery solved.

“I’m guessing they were headed to Mexico.”

Since punishing criminals is now frowned upon, may the road rise up to meet them!

“…soft-on-crime district attorneys.”

They aren’t “soft-on-crime.” They are overt, and rather hard anti=enforcement, pro restorative-justice, or intersectional adjuster DAs.
