NYPD Believe Four Illegal Immigrants Accused of Beating Cops Left for California

They don’t know which of six charged and released without bail boarded the bus.

Good going, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.

Four illegal immigrants charged with beating two NYPD cops in Times Square likely fled to California.

Bragg’s office didn’t request bail. The courts released the illegal immigrants without bail.

NYPD had eight suspects at first. The New York Daily News reported the police have 12 suspects and are still looking for five.

Police arrested Darwin Andres Gomez, 19, Kelvin Servita Arocha, 19, Wilson Juarez, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24, right away. They were released without bail.

Reveron has two open cases for assault and robbery in Manhattan.

The courts also released Jhoan Boada, 22, without bail.

Jandry Barros, 21, and Yohenry Brito, 24, were arraigned on Thursday. The judge ordered Brito to be held on bail.

Bragg’s office requested bail for Brito:

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office said the $15,000 cash bail or a $50,000 bond was warranted because Brito had been positively identified on the video footage of the attack through a “distinct tattoo.”

He has four prior arrests for petty larceny, with two open cases and a guilty plea on a disorderly conduct charge in September, according to sources and a criminal complaint.

Assistant District Attorney Zachary Kotin also argued that Brito didn’t have a permanent address or ties to the community, warranting the bail to ensure his return to court, and Judge Marisol Martinez Alonzo agreed to the amount.

We do not know which of the suspects boarded the bus to California:

The men went Thursday to a Catholic church, where they gave officials phony names and concocted a story about needing help to get to the Golden State, the sources said.

The tickets were given to the men and they left the city. Their exact whereabouts were not clear as of Thursday night.

They men had been released without bail after being arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court earlier this week.

“Can they leave? Yes,” a source told the Daily News on Thursday. “If they miss their next court date, then there will be a warrant.

“This goes to what we’ve been saying,” the source added, referring to cops’ outrage that the suspects had been freed.

Bragg’s office said it didn’t request bail because investigators are “still reviewing the footage to determine the extent to which the earlier five suspects were involved.”

Comments

Bragg’s office undercharged this crime.

Clearly, this was attempted murder!

Curious if/how this is reported in the mainstream media. The progressives that are ruining the country may be the only ones in the world that are ignorant of what occurred. The rest of the world sees how America is sliding down the slippery slope to shithole.

The only way the police can ultimately show their disgust with this is to quite the department. As I’ve said before – if they have less than ten years in, they have time to move on to a police department somewhere else and get a pension.

I would think most of those with more than ten years experience are no longer doing foot patrols anyway.

Heh, the DA’s office probably told them “okay we’ll see you get released…catch the next bus out of town” They probably told them where to catch the bus too.

It’s already against the law to flee when you have an open case, but illegal aliens never obey the law anyway.

They are not required to follow the law. They have extra judicial feee passes. Hell, they don’t even need an ID to fly the unfriendly skies.

But if you and I show up to an airport without an ID and refuse to have our photo taken, off the Biden’s Gulag we go.

Federal – Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution. Garland & FBI will be right on it.

Why not? They can break laws with impunity in both Democrat hell holes, but CA has nicer weather.

Gosh who could have predicted that someone arrested for a crime without permanent lawful residence in the USA would be a flight risk? /s

henrybowman in reply to CommoChief. | February 2, 2024 at 12:53 pm

People who just spent months walking across continents in order to break our laws the minute they arrived… a flight risk? Wow, you’d have to be a genius to predict that.

NYPD abducted by aliens… 🙂

They will fit right in in CA, and vote Democrat as expected.

    Hodge in reply to OldProf2. | February 2, 2024 at 4:06 pm

Don’t be silly – they’re not going to vote in California…. The Democrats have all the votes they need and if not, they don’t need help from these guys to manufacture more..

You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to have figured out that this is what they would do. Progressives have so much faith in their criminals.

They are not immigrants–stop calling them immigrants!
“Illegal immigrants” is a contradiction in terms. The following terms apply:

– Illegal aliens
– Illegals
– Criminals.

    illegal invaders

criminal aliens. I read that today..

You are a fucking liar. The English language does not belong to you and you have no right to change it at your stupid whims.

Words matter. As Rush Limbaugh used to constantly say, words mean things. One of the left’s most insidious tactics is to try to manipulate people’s minds by manipulating the language. See Orwell. And anyone who deliberately messes with them for political advantage belongs on the left and should get the hell off any site associated with the political right. Don’t bring your leftist infections here.

Gov newscum turned CA into sanctuary state promise land for illegal aliens, homeless junkies, black looters. He’s rolled out the red carpet for them.

“They don’t know which of six charged and released without bail boarded the bus.”

Give them red ballcaps, and the FBI will track them from space for you.

Add in the “MAGA” logo or “Make America Great Again,” and they would have been incarcerated without due process in the Democrat hell hole.

Plus they are probably Catholics so the FBI may spot them in one of their Church investigations

Will they wear flowers in their hair?

Of course, of to the criminal sanctuary state of Cali

Stop calling illegal aliens “migrants”.

ThePrimordialOrderedPair in reply to nraendowment. | February 2, 2024 at 3:23 pm

I have no problem with “migrants”. It’s pretty accurate. A migrant is someone who is just moving with the wind or his whim. He is not setting up home anywhere … just drifting to wherever seems most advantageous to him.

It’s true that these scum are invaders, but they are being used for the invasion, mostly, by others, who only need to count on their despicable nature, complete selfishness, and lack of any civilized sensibilities in order to have them carry out their mission to help destroy America.

The “migrant” label is fine with me. It’s not definitive but it is 5 steps up from the insane and lunatic “immigrant” label, which is a label that cannot apply to illegal aliens.

You are right,, Migrant is a good term by definition, but it is subjective. I consider migrants as those people who took the legal path. We need to distinguish somehow.
This is a country of immigrants, legal immigrants.. those people are invaders.

CommoChief in reply to amwick. | February 3, 2024 at 6:48 am

The Germanic Tribes were migrating South to find better land into the Roman provinces. Some of the motivation for their migration was pull some was push. Either way it was a mass migration and the Romans knew they couldn’t absorb or turn them all into good, productive Roman Citizens. Ultimately the Romans opposed the migration in a very vigorous manner. Worked for a few hundred years until the internal decay and decadence of Roman society led to Rome’s inability to meaningfully oppose later waves of migration.

And you’re a fucking liar too. The English language does not belong to you. Stop lying about it.

A migrant is anyone who moves from anywhere to anywhere else. All immigrants are migrants. So are all emigrants. And all immigrants are also emigrants; which of these terms to use depends entirely on one’s perspective. It’s like relativity.

ThePrimordialOrderedPair in reply to Milhouse. | February 4, 2024 at 4:24 am

        LOL.

A bit testy, are we …

I can migrate to Florida for the winter even though I haven’t changed my residence in Pennsylvania.

        Immigrant != Migrant

I don’t know why you insist on calling illegal aliens “immigrants”. It’s wrong and improper and an abuse of English. You are a fool …. and a disingenuous one, at that. You really sound like some La Raza shill whenever the issue of the invasion of illegals comes up.

Yes, you can be a migrant without being an immigrant, but you can’t be an immigrant without being a migrant.

You are the one abusing the English language. I insist on calling illegal immigrants that, because that is what they are, and you are the one who is deliberately perverting the language to score fake political points. That is what the left does, and it makes honest discussion impossible. It’s impossible to have a serious discussion with you when you pretend words mean things that they don’t.

ThePrimordialOrderedPair | February 2, 2024 at 3:17 pm

So … they didn’t even put ankle bracelets on these vermin??

I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t even take their fingerprints during their arrests … or somehow, magically lost the data.

There really is nothing but vigilante justice left for Americans. There is no justice to be had from the criminal and perverted judicial system. Something is going to snap pretty soon, I think.

    AF_Chief_Master_Sgt in reply to ThePrimordialOrderedPair. | February 2, 2024 at 3:25 pm

Something I recently read, but cannot provide a source.

Generally, our law enforcement and criminal justice system was not created to protect the non criminal. It was created to protect criminals from citizens who merely took justice into their own hands.

So, I suggest that we do away with police, courts, jails and the other trappings of the criminal justice system, and return to the days where We The People can handle our own problems.

When criminals begin to see that public hangings, shooting, and other defense mechanisms are instituted, they may think twice about committing crimes.

Rob a store, be prepared to be executed on the spot by an owner, employee, or customer.

Rape a family member, you can be sure that the family will be hot on your tail to execute vigilante justice.

An armed society is a safe society.

There aren’t enough ankle bracelet factories in the world.
Eleven million ankle bracelets? Your cell phone would never complete a call again. And picking these guys up would be like finding a particular grain of corn in a silo.

Boy. It would be a shame if something happened to those two fingers. They could get caught in a door. Or maybe somebody dropped a nightstick on them five or six times.

Surprised they didn’t go to Chicago to pick up some of the freebies first.

They may have bus tickets to California, but that doesn’t mean they got off the bus in California. Maybe Denver or Las Vegas. No one knows!

Those sly foxes outfoxed America! Again.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

The consequences of our virtuous pronouncements are supposed to descend on Les Deplorables, not us.

Border crossers don’t land in Martha’s Vineyard. Free looting doesn’t close *our* stores. And down-state ought to immune from all their preferences, for all the things, just like what they do to up-state. Shame their BS landed on them, for once.
