Whistleblower Alleges FBI, DOJ Have Proof of ‘Criminal Scheme Involving Then-VP Biden’
“Based on those disclosures, it has come to our attention that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”
Sen. Chuck Grassley and Rep. James Comer alerted Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray that a whistleblower told them the departments had a document confirming a criminal scheme involving then-VP Biden.
The document “allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions.”
“We have received legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures,” wrote Grassley and Comer. “Based on those disclosures, it has come to our attention that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. It has been alleged that the document includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose.”
The FBI uses FD-1023 forms “to record interviews with witnesses and sources.”
Comer, the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability chairman, issued Wray a subpoena to appear before the committee on May 10.
Wray must bring “all FD-1023 forms, including within any open, closed, or restricted access case files, created or modified in June 2020, containing the term “Biden,” including all accompanying attachments and documents to those FD-1023 forms.”
“The information provided by a whistleblower raises concerns that then-Vice President Biden allegedly engaged in a bribery scheme with a foreign national,” stated Comer. “The American people need to know if President Biden sold out the United States of America to make money for himself. Senator Grassley and I will seek the truth to ensure accountability for the American people.”
I wonder when people will realize something shady is going on with Biden. Grassley has been interested in allegations against Biden and his dashing son Hunter and reports of retaliation against FBI whistleblowers.

I am happy that Comer and Grassley (among others) are using their good offices to protect this DOJ whistleblower, and to make his documentary evidence public.
However, I have not forgotten that back in the late 1980s and early 1990s, when I was active in helping whistleblowers from the DOE and Dept. of Agriculture, it was the Republican members of Congress who were leading the charge in retaliating against those brave people.
The people on top of the system want it to keep working for them.
Everyone knows that Biden is corrupt. The problem is that a large percentage of the population is okay with that as long as he’s liberal.

Apparently Lunden Roberts was a stripper. Not the best profession, but to call her a hooker isn’t proper. In all the photos I’ve seen of her she looks cleanly and well dressed and appears to be taking great care of her child. In other news, a New York Supreme Court judge has dismissed President Donald Trump’s lawsuit against the New York Times.
As a result of this defeat, Trump will have to pay all attorneys fees, legal expenses, and associated costs.
Maybe, maybe not. New York’s “Supreme” Courts are some of the “least supreme” courts in their system. There are higher courts one can appeal to… that is, if a dismissal is something you can appeal (again, not a lawyer).
In NY, the Supreme Court is the trial court, the lowest level of its court system. All non-voluntary dismissals are appealable.
I’m not surprised, I’ve argued for a while that the real purpose of the FBI’s alleged investigation into Hunter is to isolate evidence and keep it from being discovered or used by parties adverse to Joe and Hunter.
That’s always been their entire purpose. Well, not just Biden, but the protection of the entire parasite class.

The DOJ and FBI have given the unclassified FD-1023 form to Special Agent Hellen Keller for analysis and investigation. If there is evidence there, then she’ll see it.
