California Reps. Adam Schiff and Katie Porter threw their hats into the ring for incumbent Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s non-vacant senate seat in 2024.

Feinstein told Matt Laslo at Raw Story she won’t make a decision until 2024:

“I need a little bit of time, so it’s not this year,” Feinstein told Raw Story at the Capitol Wednesday.

The 89-year-old incumbent says she isn’t fazed by her current—or potential—Democratic challengers.

“Oh, I don’t mind it,” the senator smiled. “The more, the merrier.”

“Yeah?” I ask.

“Yes,” the former mayor of San Francisco replied.

“Do you think there’s gonna be a lot of people jumping in?”

“Oh, I have no idea,” Feinstein replied. “But however many there are, that’s fine. I mean, I’m a big girl. I’ve run in a lot of races, so I know…”

“So you’re not worried?”

“Not particularly.”

“Are you going to be running?”

“Umm,” Feinstein thought aloud, “I don’t know…”

Whether Feinstein runs or retires in 2024, the debate she’s having internally will become public sooner than later. The storied senator plans to deliver that message herself.

“It’s next year,” Feinstein continued, “so there’s time.”

Update: Diane Feinstein won’t make a decision ever because she’s brain dead.

Because if she announces she won’t run again then she stops getting bribes from lobbyists, and they stop donating bribes to her campaign slush fund.

I’ll change party affiliation and vote in the primary for DiFi just to block Schiff/Porter.

By the by – DiFi’s capacity to do her job became apparent around 2010. It wasn’t hard to detect her train of thought hitching and unhitching during press briefings.

With all due respect, I think it is touching that you believe that in Democrat-run Callifornia that your vote counts for anything. What determines elections there are ballots; both those cast by real people [who do not have to be citizens or have to be restricted to one vote each] and those fabricated.

The wishes of the Party will determine who wins any further elections, assuming that there still are things called elections.

Psst, according to others, your time is beyond up.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein Won’t Make a Decision on Her Career Until 2024

Given her state of mind, or lack thereof, the real question is how long her handlers can keep the weekend at Bernie’s act up.

She cannot make a decision, yet, because she’s still counting her ill-gotten gains as a U.S. Senator since before time began, and trying to decide if it is enough, given the level of inflation brought on by the Democrat regime occupying the White House.

and we care, why?

Because it was so much fun to see Adam Schiff get bitch slapped twice in one week, and from both sides!

He’s currently so furious that you can see his Adam’s apple throbbing at 40 feet away.
    From the REAR.

Feinstein will be “in the yard” well before 2024.

I think Swineslime is busy helping craft another “assault” weapon ban right now.

She’s what, 90? How much time does she think she has?

Enough to frustrate the folks trying to kick her to the curb? She doesn’t seem to appreciate the heavy hints that she should step aside and clear the field for new blood.

But why should she do that now, more than a year in advance of filing deadlines? It is more fun to watch the wannabees fight each other.

Indeed. They can’t make her depart against her will and she doesn’t seem to be willing to be pushed out or to depart office on any terms except her own. Always fun to watch the diversity olympians fight it out for tribal supremacy.

My mother is always telling me about something she has to go out and do “when things calm down.” She’s 104yo and watches CNN all day.

The karmic irony of elective viability.

Another sleazy pol who’s determined to go out feet first.

Regime change in socialist dictatorships is overwhelmingly “over my dead body.” “First Citizens” grow incredibly old.
Stalin. Krushchev. Hoxha. Castro. The Kims. Mao. Teddy. McCain.

Like a half-dozen seagulls fighting over a french fry.

I pray that God makes her decision for her, and suddenly.
