Twitter Offers Word Salad to Explain Why It Won’t Ban Taliban Spokesman

Shorter Twitter: Whatever.

Thank goodness we no longer have mean tweets from ORANGE MAN BAD.

But we do get to bask in the wisdom of Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid.

Twitter justified keeping him around with a vague statement:

“The situation in Afghanistan is rapidly evolving,” a Twitter spokesperson told Fox News. “We’re also witnessing people in the country using Twitter to seek help and assistance. Twitter’s top priority is keeping people safe, and we remain vigilant. We will continue to proactively enforce our rules and review content that may violate Twitter Rules, specifically policies against glorification of violence and platform manipulation and spam.”

Facebook and TikTok already banned the Taliban. Mujahid had some snark for those companies in an earlier press conference.

Twitter permanently suspended former President Donald Trump in January after the Capitol Hill riots on January 6th.

Even CNN reporter Donie Sullivan cannot believe the hypocrisy.

Twitter still allows accounts for people in the Iranian regime, China, Russia, etc. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to correct Russia’s account when it comes to WWII facts.

But no more mean tweets.

Comments

What’s the problem? As long as Zabihullah Mujahid makes no mention of Ivermectin or says anything negative about Anthony Fauci or suggests that Joe Biden didn’t actually receive 83 million votes in the 2020 election, he should be free to say anything else he wants.

DORSEY JUST SIGNALED HIS VIRTURE – HE PREFERS PEOPLE WHO ENSLAVE WOMEN AND COMMIT GENOCIDE.

BOYCOTT TWITTER.

Why are people still on twittledumb and facethingy for all they do to silence people?
If y’all get off & not support them, maybe they’d respond, maybe…
Until then, if y’all are on… Fool you twice… Its on you

They want to signal on social media. Probably still order stuff off amazon and do a lot of shopping at walmart while they wonder why there are “no” conservative alternatives.

I ask the same question. I have led my life successfully without Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, SnapChat, etc. I have WhatsApp so I can text a favorite man in Italy. That’s it.

Fascism is part of the cult.

They need very tough lessons. The kind of lessons they’ll always see when they look in a mirror.

America is probably only a drop in the profit bucket for them. Get China and India to ban them and maybe we’ll see it really hurt.

Is everyone on the right shunning Twitter now, if not, why?

For moths now, the only time I have been on twitter is when an LI embedded message sends me there when I am trying to copy snippets for a search. Why can’t those have dead links?

Twitter shouldn’t ban Taliban spokesmen. As usual the right is in favor of the wrong thing, trying for a hypocrisy charge but buying the left’s position.

Twitter shouldn’t ban anything that’s not illegal to publish, is the right position.

Twitter is evil. I deleted my account when they suspended the NY Post over Hunter’s laptop. Unfortunately so much “ reporting” now is just journalists surfing Twitter and publishing comments from all the blue-checks. We just need to quit using it.

Here’s how I know that Trump voters are NOT the moral equivalent of the Taliban:

If they were, Joe Biden would roll up in a fetal position and let them have free rein over the country.

Twitter, Facebook, etc. are more comfortable with the Taliban than the Deplorables. What is the surprise?

“The enemy of my enemy is my friend”.

Twitter, et. al. hates us. So does the Taliban. QED.

Didn’t the Taliban just kill a woman for not wearing a Burka?
Oh wait, the Taliban said only those who violate Sharia law are bad.

Yesterday, I replied to several twitters saying that the only thing that the Dem/Communists care about is power. I accompanied this twitter messages with Nancy Pelosi’s picture with her fists closed and her crass comment: ‘I have the Republicans balls right here’. Maybe they couldn’t take the evidence and now I can’t get on twitter :). Big deal.
