Biden, Harris Respond To Sen. Tim Scott: You’re right. America Is Not A Racist Country, But . . .

The nominal head of the Biden administration apparently gave a State of the Union (SOTU) address, not that anyone watched.  People did, however, watch Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) give the Republican rebuttal.

Scott lambasted the Biden administration, Democrats, and their activist media arm for repeatedly insisting that America is a racist nation chock-full of white racisty racists who are racist.

To be fair to the left, though, they may have a point if the actually racist regressive response to Scott’s speech is any indication.  As always when dealing with the left, if they are accusing the right of anything, they are themselves guilty of that very thing.

The massive attention to Scott’s SOTU, however, particularly to his accurate statement that America is not a racist nation forced Biden and his VP Kamala Harris to respond.

Somewhat surprisingly given the Biden admin’s laser focus on racist anti-America propaganda and wide-spread racist indoctrination via the intentionally divisive and destructive Critical Race Training taking place in schools, universities, and companies, both figureheads stated that America is not, in fact, a racist country.

Harris was the first to make the statement.

USAToday reports:

Vice President Kamala Harris said America is not a “racist country” but the nation must “speak the truth” about its history with racism on ABC News’ “Good Morning America” on Thursday. The vice president’s comments were in response to Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., who gave the Republican Party’s rebuttal to President Joe Biden’s speech to Congress on Wednesday.Scott, the only Black Republican in the Senate, spoke about his own experience with racism in the U.S. The senator contended “America is not a racist country” and said progressives perpetuate discrimination akin to Jim Crow-era policies.

Not to be outdone by his cackling sidekick, America Laster Biden chimed in with his own statement that America is not a racist country.

Forbes reports:

In an interview with NBC’s Today show, which aired Friday, Biden was asked whether he believed that America is a racist country.“I don’t think America is racist,” Biden responded, “but I think the overhang from all of the Jim Crow—and before that, slavery—have had a cost.”

They both equivocate, of course. After all, they have to leave some wiggle room in order to fulfill their racist ‘diversity, inclusion, equity’ (DIE) agenda in order to completely destroy American cultural values, falsely rewrite our nation’s history, and decimate any remaining shred of American unity and patriotism.
