Facebook’s Zuckerberg: We need to prepare the public for days and weeks counting mail-in ballots
Fits in neatly with Democrat post-Election Day doomsday warnings: “what we and the other media need to start doing is preparing the american people that there is nothing illegitimate about this election taking additional days or weeks to make sure all the votes are counted.”
Democrats are laying the foundation for weeks of post-Election Day intrigue, protests, and maneuvers to defeat Trump by claiming that whatever else happens on Election Day, Biden will win when the surge of mail-in ballots is counted.
Thus, if Trump appears to have win on Election Night into the following early morning, it will be illegitimate. Biden will win, we just need to count all the mail-in ballots, the argument goes, no matter how long it takes, even if it’s weeks or longer. That will set the stage for fights by Democrats to count late and non-compliant ballots in Democrat areas, and a mad rush to courthouses around the country to find a judge who will order such ballots to be counted.
It’s a prescription for planned and well-executed mayhem.

Enter one Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook into the equation.
Facebook already has announced that it will halt all political ads the last week before Election Day. Considering Democrat control of almost all major media and publications, that clearly hurts Trump the most since he will not be able to get his message out in response to the inevitable last-minute crisis new cycle. Biden will have no trouble getting his message out through the mainstream and leftwing media.
Zuckerberg also is supporting preparing the public to expect weeks of mail-in ballot counting:

On the surface, counting all the mail-in votes makes sense. But that assumes good faith. The pre-announced multi-week delay, however, is not in good faith, it’s buying time for mischief.

Section 230 protects both equally.

Hmmm. Now they’ve rolled out somebody who has nothing to do with the political process to help their propaganda blitz. Why are they trying so hard to convince us that this farrago should be “business as usual”? Probably because they know that as things stand, it’s just not going to happen—they can’t get away with it.
The election—all this poncing about with polling stations, imaginary voter disenfranchisement, New Black Panthers brandishing clubs, overloading the mails—has only one purpose; to select particular electors to send to Washington. The states have a great deal of control over exactly how each selects its electors. But no state controls the actual presidential election, the one involving the electors rather than the general voting public. That election is controlled from Washington.
Obviously no federated republic can allow a single state to paralyze the entire process by putting on a show of endless delay. The president can’t cancel or delay an election just because something fairly major, like a war, happens to be going on. Similarly, a state can’t delay an election just because it’s unwisely chosen a very slow way to determine its electors. There is a certain date at which the election takes place. No one state can be allowed to sabotage the whole thing. Nor can a conspiracy of several states. If a state’s delegation of electors isn’t ready and present by that date, that state simply misses that year’s election. (This is the only reason why states almost always manage to overcome their innate tendencies to screw things up, and choose electors in time.) And there’s nothing “illegitimate” about that, any more than I can declare a vote “illegitimate” because a polling station was closed by the time I got off my butt and drove over.
This wouldn’t be the first time something like this has happened. The big one was the election of 1876, when several states, working hard to disenfranchise the new freedmen, ended up sending more than one slate of electors. So the feds disqualified all states which couldn’t manage to decide who its electors were, and none of the competing slates of electors were seated. Those states simply missed the election.
So, this D’rat fantasy won’t happen by itself. Something disastrous has to happen in Washington, and perhaps they’re hoping that a “grassroots” groundswell of pressure will be it, if they can con enough people. And of course when it doesn’t happen, they can whine about illegitimacy. Which won’t make any difference, since an election is not required to have the approval of anybody so long as it is conducted in accordance with current law.

What the hell? As I recall, the instructions tell people to mail the completed ballot in time for them to reach the registrar/election office before the polls close on election day. You should realize that mail does not get delivered by the USPS the next day,even if you are sending it next door. Anyone who doesn’t know that has no business voting anyway.
Allow 2 extra days. So with the election Tuesday, any ballot not in the election office at close of business Thursday is a non-vote. Shred them, don’t even open them. Don’t even record them. The final count will be announced noon Friday. Period.
If someone wants to be certain their vote gets in and gets counted, vote in person. Elections are important treat them as such.
It’s what some or all the Socialist/Communist run states do with the military ballots pretty much every election.

The only delay in the final tally would be the counting of absentee ballots. In my county, after election day, the signatures are reviewed by a group of attorneys from both parties. Any dispute is decided by a judge. This can take several days. All counties should plan ahead and have more than enough attorneys ready for this task.
Has Trump confirmed enough judges that the judiciary will not be a strong accomplice to the Democrats at election time?

So how does this work then?
Do Democrats hold enough States to be able to swing the EC in their favour? Surely if Democrat States like California go all in for vote by post then the end result is that only Democrat States end up with vote by post balloting and the EC still goes on OMB’s favour?
Its kind of like that Compact thing…where a few Democrat states passed legislation saying that their EC votes will be directed by the popular vote. Meaningless because its only happening in Democrat States that Trump didnt win anyway (because the Dead magically come back to live every 4 years apparently).
Trump’s electoral college victory depends on several states with Democrats as governor and secretary of state — Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota…
Even if all they do is keep counting past the statutory deadline for the Electoral College votes in early December, they could probably manage to deny Trump the votes from those states.
