Parents of Girls Harassed by Brian Sims Raise Over $100K for Pro-Life Group

Parents of Girls Harassed by Brian Sims Raise Over $100K for Pro-Life Group

“The more we surpass the original goal, the bigger statement we will send!”

When they go low, we go high, as they say.

I have so much respect for the teenage girls and their parents after Pennsylvania State Rep. Brian Sims harassed them in front of a Planned Parenthood.

Not only did they pray for Sims afterward, but they set up a GoFundMe to raise money for a pro-life group in Philadelphia, which is the area Sims represents.

In a video, Sims offered $100 to anyone who doxxed the people in his videos. Joe and Ashley Garecht, the parents of the two teenage girls, brought this up on the GoFundMe page and asked people to help raise $100,000 for the Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia.

This group prays in front of abortion clinics, but also “provides thousands of diapers, wipes, articles of clothing for babies, and resources to mothers in need; operates a home caring for pregnant mothers; and so much more.”

As I write this piece, the family has raised $117,119 from a total of 2,338 people. Over 4,500 people have shared the page on social media.

Joe wrote:

Wow! Thank you to everyone who has supported this fundraising campaign!

I am happy to say that we have now surpassed our goal of raising $100,000 to support the Pro-Life Union of Philadelphia and to show Rep. Brian Sims that the pro-life movement will NOT be silenced.

Today, I am asking you to help us keep this fundraising campaign going. **Let’s see how high we can go together to show our support for life!**

Please consider sharing this campaign again on Facebook, Twitter, and via e-mail to your friends and family to ask them to donate and to share the campaign with their own contacts.

The more we surpass the original goal, the bigger statement we will send!

Thanks for all of your support!

-Joe Garecht

Mr. Garecht also told Sims that if he disapproves of his “wife and daughters praying outside of an abortion clinic, I’m the one you can talk to… instead of harassing teenage girls.”

The Garechts expressed gratification over the donations to Fox News. Mr. Garect said the fundraising “means the world to us that people have rallied around our family during this difficult time.”

Those thoughts and prayers the left enjoys bashing? Mr. Garecht said those “have been amazing and have sustained our entire family.”

The fundraising made the Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia very happy:

“We are beyond blessed to see people motivated to help the pro-life movement in the Greater Philadelphia region,” Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia’s president and CEO, Tom Stevens, told Fox News. “In 2018, there were 15,821 abortions performed at abortion centers in the Greater Philadelphia area alone. While our hearts are broken for the unborn and for their moms and dads, we are also filled with hope by this great outpouring of support for life.”

Pro-life movement leaders and supporters have descended upon the Planned Parenthood where the harassment took place to peacefully protest and pray.

I thought that it was a crime for adults to harass children. An I mistaken?

Sims is a flaming a-hole. The greatest bullying comes from the left, especially the LGBTQ segment.

What happens to the bully Sims if those girls are harmed after his call for them to be doxxed? Censure? A slap on the legislative wrist? A nasty tweet from Trump?

And for once I’d charity groups to close their gofundme page after meeting their original fundraising goal. $100k buys lots of baby supplies for a neighborhood church.

I recently walked by a Walmart and a lone young teenage girl was soliciting contribution for a pro-life group. I contributed and congratulated her on her courage, something the pathetic Brian Sims, coward, wouldn’t understand. These girls are strong and part of the reason is they have strong parents. Kudos to all of them!

sims has become what he hates the most, himself.

This guy think’s he’s a badass.

You know what happens to people who think they’re badasses, don’t you?

Depends.

I donated to the GoFundMe account and encourage others to do the same.

I was thinking about courage. Given all the stories in the media, I decided to get a MAGA hat and be bold. Unfortunately, everybody just says that they love my hat. No courage required, but I did buy 20 more hats (they are a lot cheaper in bulk) and have been doling them out to people who like it.

How did I know he was a rump ranger? Because he thinks it’s ok to harass little girls.
