Legal Insurrection Fundraiser

Legal Insurrection Fundraiser

Reader support is critical to what we do.

This is our third semi-annual fundraiser.  Parts One and Two have some background as to how we operate and why fundraising is a critical part of our revenue stream. (If on homepage, click “more” for details on purposes of fundraiser.)

Donations are NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE.

(This post will be “sticky” for a while)

Our needs this year are greater than ever before.  I have gone out of pocket close to $20,000 with regard to fighting the BDS movement, including legal fees for filing the IRS challenge, hiring videographers and other assistance.  We have no institutional support, we rely on readers who share our goals.

The time I’ve devoted to the cause also has required that we expend more for help running the blog and authoring the content.  That revenue stress will increase even more so as I spend more time on the road visiting colleges and groups; I do that for student groups for free because it’s most important to me that they know they are not alone in this fight.

The more resources we have, the more research we can do, videos we can film, and groups we can help.

At the same time, I don’t want to neglect our traditional political and legal coverage, particularly in an election year.

Please consider a donation or subscription.  Subscriptions are particularly helpful.

Also, consider using the Amazon.com links in the sidebar since a small portion of your purchase goes to Legal Insurrection at no extra cost to you.

You can donate using the PayPal links below, or (particularly for larger donations) you can mail a check payable to me as follows: William Jacobson, 524 College Ave, Ithaca, NY 14853.

Thank you for all the work you do on LI and the team you’ve built, Professor. Especially the campus outreach and CI, which is where the long term impact will really occur. I’ve hit the “tip jar” to do my part.

Thanks!

Done . no better place to get ‘Wild & Crazy’ imo !
Thanks Professor for all you do and you do it well !

I’ve been a monthly subscriber for a while and strongly encourage others to join in. I can’t guarantee I haven’t made a correlation error, nor is there any promise the same blessings may happen for you, but since I became an LI subscriber our beloved lost dog has come home, I’ve lost 40 lbs, and when I see my doctor, the term ‘erectile dysfunction’ does not come up.

Representing the bottom 1% of Legal Insurrection’s lowly 99% contingent, I have to wait until I’m sure our rent check for May won’t bounce. It’s that close.

Until then, I’ll continue to search into the wee hours for our beloved lost dog, Pelassie, balloon into a self-loathing heffer on cheap comfort food, and struggle to raise my libido by watching old Richard Simmons workout videos.

Guaranteed no correlation error.

    P.S.

I think the Professor should have a Clint Eastwood “empty chair” at the ready as a debate opponent if the Vassar professors boycott the debate.

And after using the Israel > kittens statistic, ask rhetorically why it is that Israel’s haters are just so catty.

I will contribute, enthusiastically. Websites such as Legal Insurrection, which stand against the increasingly totalitarian, vindictive and histrionic orthodoxies of the Left, whether situated in academia or elsewhere, are of greater importance than ever. I am grateful to Professor Jacobson, his contributors and his support staff, for making this website possible.

Wish it could be more.

Per the pic accompanying this post, whose idea was it to place the men just behind all the bent over young women?

WAR ON WOMEN!

Where is our George Soros? Why can’t some well off conservative fund bloggers who do good work? I do what I can but that isn’t a lot in the scheme of things.

I donated $100. You should have something showing the total that’s been donated.

LI is the first site I visit each day. I sent some California dollars.

Is your Amazon affiliation only for the Outlet goods? I have a large Amazon purchase to make, so I am hoping I can make the order through your affiliate link…

Thanks, Professor. I really think you’re making a difference. Check is on the way!

Tip jar has been hit!

Clean, corruption-free Chicago dollars just sent to one of the best blogs out there! We have tremendous gratitude, Professor, for all that you do in the name of liberty!
