Jonah Goldberg – There’s Almost No Evidence Obama Wants Compromise with the GOP

Yesterday on FOX News, Jonah Goldberg of National Review pointed out that Obama has no political interest in working with Republicans on a budget.

Obama has reduced the issue to elementary school taunts by calling the House Republican budget a meanwich and stinkburger.

Jonah Goldberg hilariously points out in the video below…

Not since Thomas Jefferson accused John Adams of being a poopie-head have we heard such grade A material from a president.

Obama’s reluctance to work with Republicans goes all the way back to the beginning of his presidency. Here’s a 2009 flashback from The Wall Street Journal…

Obama to GOP: ‘I Won’The top congressional leaders from both parties gathered at the White House for a working discussion over the shape and size of President Barack Obama’s economic stimulus plan. The meeting was designed to promote bipartisanship. But Obama showed that in an ideological debate, he’s not averse to using a jab.Challenged by one Republican senator over the contents of the package, the new president, according to participants, replied: “I won.”

Obama ran on “change” but that’s something he will never ever do.
