Warren Buffett has an op-ed in The NY Times bemoaning the fact that he and other super-wealthy investors pay a lower percentage of their income in taxes than their secretaries and other lower-paid staff members.  This is an argument frequently heard from Democrats.

Yawn.  Chuck “my flight attendant is a bitch and Scott Brown is an far-right teabagger” Schumer is threatening to use Newt’s criticism of Paul Ryan in the 2012 election cycle.

Notice how Democrats have been talking lately about how Republicans in Congress are held hostage by Tea Party-backed new members?  And how for years Democrats have made sure to use the term “extremist” when referring to Tea Parties?

In a fundraising e-mail supporting Martha Coakley in the special election to fill the seat vacated by Ted Kennedy, Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) referred to then-candidate, now-Senator Scott Brown, as a “far-right tea-bagger.”

At the time Schumer made the comment, everyone knew what “teabagger” meant in Democratic parlance. Nice.
