Obama Condemns Random Attack on Random Egyptian Citizens

No mention of the word “Christian.”

By now, you’ve heard that ISIS released a video featuring the beheading of 21 Egyptian Coptic Christians in Libya.

The White House has released a statement but you might notice some missing words:

Statement by the Press Secretary on the Murder of Egyptian Citizens

The United States condemns the despicable and cowardly murder of twenty-one Egyptian citizens in Libya by ISIL-affiliated terrorists. We offer our condolences to the families of the victims and our support to the Egyptian government and people as they grieve for their fellow citizens. ISIL’s barbarity knows no bounds. It is unconstrained by faith, sect, or ethnicity. This wanton killing of innocents is just the most recent of the many vicious acts perpetrated by ISIL-affiliated terrorists against the people of the region, including the murders of dozens of Egyptian soldiers in the Sinai, which only further galvanizes the international community to unite against ISIL.

This heinous act once again underscores the urgent need for a political resolution to the conflict in Libya, the continuation of which only benefits terrorist groups, including ISIL. We call on all Libyans to strongly reject this and all acts of terrorism and to unite in the face of this shared and growing threat. We continue to strongly support the efforts of the United Nations Special Representative of the Secretary-General Bernardino Leon to facilitate formation of a national unity government and help foster a political solution in Libya.

It’s astonishing how far the Obama administration will go to avoid saying those certain words: not only do they refuse to identify the attackers as Muslims, they won’t identify the victims as Christians.

Funny how he had no problem specifically mentioning Christians when he was talking about the crusades.

According to a new CNN/ORC poll, the American people are becoming concerned about the Obama administration’s handling of ISIS—and honestly, who can blame them?

Alexandra Jaffe of CNN:

Poll: Most disapprove of Obama handling of ISIS

Americans are increasingly unhappy with President Barack Obama’s handling of ISIS, and a growing share of the nation believes that fight is going badly, according to a new CNN/ORC survey released Monday.

The CNN/ORC poll found 57% of Americans disapprove of how Obama is handling the threat posed by ISIS, a significant decline in support for the President over the past few months. In late September, that number was 49%.

Fifty-seven percent disapprove of his handling of foreign affairs more broadly, and 54% disapprove of how the President is handling terrorism. Another 60% rate Obama negatively on his handling of electronic national security.

The declining approval ratings for Obama on national security come as a weekend of international turmoil further underscores the growing threats abroad.

Because Zero is a closet Muslim. Of course he’s going to portray other Muslims as innocent victims, and Christians as brutal aggressors. That’s the fantasy land he was raised in, starting with his Marxist Kenyan sire and then his boyhood in Muslim Indonesia ~

And while Obama and his entourage of morons jump through hoops to avoid calling things by their name, ISIS confirmed that all they need is jobs by burning 45 humans to death.

Do the math.

Eisenhower ordered the filming and photographic record of the Nazi’s holocaust atrocities to show the world what happened and to capture it for history. Rumors of the horrors were hidden and covered up before then.

Not that I or anyone would want to see the graphics of ISIS barbarity, is it not important for every adult to see what is happening today? Should people not know and react to this so that it never happens again or at least again this week.

Ignoring this reality may be great for a White House that wants to think they’ve had a great foreign policy, but ignoring the scourge attacking civilization is emboldening what I hope our administration will eventually admit is an evil enemy of the US and of all humanity.

Online videos and images of these “reported” events are scrubbed and should be as in our face as IKE’s holocaust images. With the internet and media today, there is no excuse for the “we didn’t know excuses.” Now we have a chance to act before more Christians, Jews, Kurds, and masses of civilized Muslims are tortured, intimidated, and murdered.

Wait a minute, Mr. Preezy… are you saying that ISIS beheaded 21 Egyptians chosen at random, and by chance it turned out they were all Christians?

Wow! What were the odds!
