FOX News Buries Competition In Coverage of Ukraine

Meanwhile, an MSNBC host got punked by a Howard Stern fan and a CNN reporter was removed for referring to Israelis as scum.

John Nolte of Breitbart is reporting that as major news events unfolded at the end of the last week, FOX News outperformed CNN and MSNBC by a significant margin:

Ratings: Fox News Crushes CNN, MSNBC During Ukraine Crisis

By nearly 3-to-1 margins, Fox News crushed CNN on Thursday, one of the biggest breaking news days of the year that saw a passenger plane shot down over Ukraine and Israeli troops move into Gaza. The Ukraine news broke a little before noon Eastern time, and the result was America once again tuning to Fox News in droves.

CNN, the network that used to benefit most from breaking news, came in a distant second.

MSNBC was simply humiliated.

In total day viewers, Fox earned 1,513 million, compared to CNN and MSNBC, who drew 699 thousand and 379 thousand, respectively.

In primetime viewership the gap was even wider. Fox earned a stunning 3,081million viewers, compared to CNN’s 1,222 million and MSNBC’s 826 thousand.

Nolte is citing a report from TV by the Numbers which can be viewed here.

Is it any wonder people are watching FOX?

The groupthink which my Facebook musical friends impose on one another holds that whatever Fox News broadcasts is a lie, and that in one way or another they should be forbidden to broadcast.

And I used to hang out with musicians because I thought they were independent freethinkers with creative talents.

“FOX buries competition…”

You could have stopped there…

Truth talks. Liberal BS walks.

MSNBC got their start with TWA Flight 800

Fox is very good, they deserve the accolades. As far as the liberal critics I tell them “If not for Fox news there would be no news, I don t care what Obama’s favorite flavor of ice cream is, or how he feels about being a lousy golfer”.

I have no idea what their coverage is like; I suspect all these channels are equally useless. But wait till people will start looking up Azov Battalion.
