People wonder why the workplace is becoming so ridiculously ‘woke.’ It’s because higher ed is churning out class after class of graduates who share this warped view of free speech.

The alleged incident involving the school’s lacrosse team is flimsy as well.

Massachusetts Democratic Rep. Joseph P. Kennedy III became the first person in his famous political to lose a race in Massachusetts.

Incumbent Democratic Sen. Ed Markey defeated Kennedy in the Senate primary on Tuesday night.

Last year, Kemberlee wrote about a Massachusetts judge, Shelley Joseph, who was indicted for helping an illegal alien evade ICE.  A federal judge has rejected Joseph’s defense team’s motion to dismiss based on Joseph’s judicial immunity, bringing Joseph one step closer to a federal trial.

Appeals Court Vacates Boston Marathon Bomber Death Penalty

The Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit has vacated the death penalty against Boston Marathon Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, ordering a new penalty phase trial. The Court also reversed the underlying convictions on several relatively-minor gun possession counts.

The Boston Globe reported that the Massachusetts Bail Fund wants to free everyone, but has waded into “controversial territory” since it has freed defendants facing serious and violent charges and long criminal records.
