A professor of theater at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina is facing the possibility of termination over nothing more than students who became offended over nothing. This type of situation is becoming more typical. The names of some students of color were written on a whiteboard for a perfectly innocent reason, but it was misinterpreted by other students looking for a reason to be outraged.

A Yale Law school student who is a Native American and a conservative, was recently accused of racism and called out by diversity administrators over a friendly email. That is not an exaggeration. The student, who is a member of the Federalist Society, sent out an email invitation to fellow students, and some ignorant members of the student body who received it, claimed it was racist and triggering.

Employees in One Missouri School District Sue Over ‘Equity Training,’ Claiming it’s Unconstitutional

Two people who work for a Missouri school district are suing it, claiming that the 'equity training' they had to undergo for work violated their First Amendment rights by forcing them to say things they didn't believe. Some people, including Megyn Kelly, have suggested that taking legal action is the way through a situation like this one.
