In the course of selling his infrastructure bill, Joe Biden has been promoting an electric battery company called Proterra. He has failed to mention that his energy secretary Jennifer Granholm is a major stakeholder in the company. This is just the sort of crony-capitalism that Democrats and the media accused Trump of regularly.

It's astounding that one of Joe Biden's first acts as president was to destroy thousands of jobs with the stroke of a pen. The people who lost their ability to provide for their families have spoken out, but their objections have fallen on deaf ears. Republicans, who are increasingly embracing working-class voters, are planning to make the Democrats pay a political price for this.

Joe Biden has been president for a little over two weeks, and it already feels like six months. I knew that when Democrats and the media kept claiming that Biden would return to normalcy, it was a lie, but I didn't realize how bad it would be. It's a disaster on multiple levels.
