Consumers potentially impacted by Equifax’s massive data breach have filed class-action law suits in two states to date: Oregon and Georgia.

The complaint filed in Oregon is seeking up to $70 billion in damages and if nothing changes, could make it the largest class-action ever filed in the U.S.

Most of the western Houston area remains under water, but not because of flooding caused directly by Hurricane Harvey.

A complaint filed Tuesday alleges the Army Corps of Engineers knowingly “condemned” homes and businesses when they released water from the Barker and Addicks reservoirs after Harvey had passed.

Former President Obama descended from his ivory tower Tuesday to criticize the Trump administration’s changes to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals or DACA program.

Earlier Tuesday, Attorney General Sessions announced the administration would begin winding down the program, kicking the can to Congress to act.

They’ve been a tremendous asset in rescuing folks flooded...

I live in Houston where we’ve just experienced the worst natural disaster in the city’s long history. Harvey caused inestimable damage and left thousands without shelter and earthly possession. There is not one person in the Greater Houston Area, in Rockport, Port Aransas, or surrounding counties that hasn’t been adversely affected...
