A little over two years ago, on October 25, 2017, I gave a speech about free speech and hate speech at Vassar College.

It was, as I have described many times, an ‘out-of-body’ experience because of false claims spread about me and my appearance by students, including student government. From my post, Safe...

When we last checked in Sarah Palin’s lawsuit against the New York Time over false claims that Palin’s 2011 electoral map was connected to the shooting of then congresswoman Gabby Giffords, the lawsuit had been reinstated by a panel of the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, after a trial...

September 17, 2014, changed my life forever.

I gave a speech in Syracuse, NY, for the Jewish Federation of Central New York about the anti-Israel movement on campus. I can’t find a video or audio of the appearance, but I remember one thing in particular.

Do you believe in coincidences? This may just be a huge coincidence, but it certainly is another very curious twist in the Gibson’s Bakery v. Oberlin College case.

You may recall that in late August 2019, two months after the trial which ended disastrously for Oberlin College, the college unsuccessfully sought to...

On December 12, 2016, a month after the presidential election and a month before Trump’s Inauguration, I called the attempt to nullify the 2016 election a “coup” attempt. I don’t know if I was the first to use that C-word, but I was earlier than most.

During my recent trip to D.C., I had a chance to sit down for an interview with Cabot Phillips of Campus Reform, which is part of The Leadership Institute. The topic was Elizabeth Warren, focusing on her Medicare-for-all plan, as well as her Native American problem and electoral prospects.

From the Campus Reform...

Elizabeth Warren wants a fundamental transformation of the nation, large “structural change.”

Early on, some low-or-no polling *moderate* Democrat candidates challenged Warren, to no avail. Warren belittled challengers as wimps and sellouts. And the wimps and sellouts were left speechless.

One of the most disturbing aspects of the Gibson’s Bakery v. Oberlin College case has been the almost obsessive demonization of Gibson’s Bakery and its owners by the college.

When Warren first announced, a couple of weeks ago, that she would be releasing a tax plan to pay for her Medicare-for-All proposal, I predicted on the Shannon Bream show that...
