VIDEO: “Children Are Sexual Beings From The Moment of Birth” – Seminar At National Association of Independent Schools Annual Conference
“Getting Ready to Get Ready: How to Implement a PreK-5 Sexuality Curriculum” seminar in 2018 illustrates the philosophy that is driving the sex education of the youngest private school students.
An educator at an NAIS school says that since “sexuality exists within the child” and “not in a box,” sexual knowledge should not be withheld even from the youngest children. This radical idea is based on the premise that since infants are born with a sexual identity, they are sexual beings “socially” from birth.

The presenter is Deborah Roffman, the “Sexuality Educator” at NAIS’ The Park School of Baltimore. Later in the seminar, she describes as “Puritan Speak” several common parental objections to sex education in early childhood.

She goes on to say that teachers who are “uncomfortable with this topic, those are the lucky ones, because they get to say to children, ‘This is really uncomfortable for me’.”
This presentation had been previously available for purchase on the NAIS website, but was scrubbed in February 2022, after I exposed clips from a 2019 NAIS training showing how to indoctrinate students with the BLM at School curriculum.
The assumption that sex and gender should be treated like any other subject is common in progressive circles, and frequently used to justify pushing controversial views about gender identity and sexual behavior on younger and younger children.
Parents have been horrified in recent years that their children have been exposed to extreme views on gender and inappropriate sexual topics by faculty and admins at NAIS schools. Gender Spectrum is one of many “expert” consultancies in the field that partner with the NAIS to promote these issues.

A recent Breitbart story, also drawing on leaked clips from the NAIS Annual Conference, exposed the pervasiveness of trans and queer ideology in NAIS schools and how it is taught to the youngest children.
The explicit nature of these sex ed programs are shocking. Columbia Grammar & Prep in New York City was rocked by two recent sex ed scandals: a “porn literacy” class referencing “Kink, BDSM, waterboard and electro” in May 2021, and in February 2022, the hiring of a new sex educator who recommends and uses the controversial AMAZE.org sex education video series.

Unfortunately, many religious schools offer no respite from this ideology. Church Publishing Incorporated offers materials that syncretize radical gender ideology with spirituality. Their materials are endorsed by the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES). Below is a sample from their “These Are Our Bodies” curriculum for middle schoolers.
Parents, students, teachers and alumni in private schools all need to stay vigilant in the final months of the school year. We must continue to document and challenge school administrators when we observe children being groomed to adopt radical theories of gender, or exposed to inappropriate sex education.

Woke-ism is a cult that is being shoved down the throats of little kids. Public school teachers are not allowed to indoctrinate their students with the beliefs of any other religion or cult, but if it’s the beliefs of the cult of woke-ism, somehow that’s okay. A public school teacher can’t put a Christian flag in his or her classroom, but a rainbow flag is totally cool.

Oh, it’s more than just ideas. The left is passing laws now (like in New Jersey) to shove puberty blockers on grade school kids. These drugs interfere with the normal sexual development of a child’s body, resulting in (among other things) shriveled sex organs that often render the patient sexually dysfunctional and infertile as an adult.
Woke-ism is a cult, and its beliefs are rejected by the majority of Americans. Despite this, public school systems across the country have been openly embracing woke-ism’s beliefs and forcing them on school kids, often without the parents’ knowledge or consent. Some states (Florida being the most prominent) have begun to fight back, but much more needs to be done to stop this insanity.
Population control measures without initially resorting to the 1-child policy that China implemented. I wouldn’t be suprised to find that the COVID vaccine will induce sterility in some people, but it won’t be public knowledge for a few decades at least.
Whether public or private, ideological ed personnel have no business seeking to supplant the role of Parents. It doesn’t matter what the ideology is. It could be an evangelical Christian seeking converts or a gender bending trans advocate; neither should be indoctrinating Students with their own ideological views.
Yes, and that’s my point. Woke-ism is an ideology. It’s a set of beliefs. Yet it is being presented in schools across the country as absolute truth, and the only possible correct point of view. We don’t allow any other ideology to be taught to kids this way. We don’t allow public school teachers to teach kids that the beliefs of Christianity (or Islam or Buddhism or atheism, etc.) are the only correct ones, and that if you don’t accept that particular point of view then you’re just an ignorant hater or a whatever-phobe.
So why are we allowing the beliefs of the cult of woke-ism to be taught to school kids as unquestionable truth? Especially when a majority of Americans (according to polls) don’t agree with this ideology?
That is not true. We do allow the government to advocate any ideology it likes, so long as it is not a religion.

Because it’s not a religion. Nor is it a “cult”, since that just means “worship”. And the government is prohibited from espousing or advocating any religion, but it is of course permitted to espouse and advocate other sorts of viewpoints and ideas. For instance the USA has always made no bones about espousing and promoting the values of the liberal enlightenment on which it was founded! And it has never occurred to anyone to protest that on the grounds that it’s a religion.
Hence the government speech doctrine; when the government wishes to express its own view on something it is free to order its employees and spokesmen to advocate that view and to prohibit them, when speaking for it, from saying anything contrary to that view.
See for instance Pleasant Grove City v. Summum: “A government entity has the right to “speak for itself.” “[I]t is entitled to say what it wishes,” and to select the views that it wants to express..”

Buddhism doesn’t have a deity, but public school teachers are not supposed to proselytize their Buddhist beliefs to school kids. Woke-ists are zealots who fervently believe that their philosophy is the only true and correct one, and many of them have publicly declared their willingness to destroy anyone who disagrees with their ideology.

In a way the statement that children are sexual beings from birth does hold some truths. For one biological sex differences are obvious from birth. It does not take long for children to notice these differences and start the “Cooties. No cooties.” divide. It also means they have a natural, innocent curiosity about their bodies and those of the opposite sex. Innocent curiosity being the key words here.
Another aspect is this,
Even at a young age children’s bodies do respond to sexual stimuli. Not because they are “sexual creatures” but because they have human physiology. (We don’t refer to children as “digestive creatures” because they respond to a meal that they think is delicious.”) You better believe that groomers take advantage of this fact. They use it to make the child feel guilty for being a “willing” participant in the abuse. They convince the child if they get any pleasure (no matter how unsolicited) it means they really enjoy it. They also use it to convince the child to be secretive about this naughty behavior. This further isolates the child from those who would rescue them from this abuse and binds them closer to the abuser.
Predators go where the prey is. They especially like to go where the prey has been taught that the predator is harmless. What this association is doing is training predators to mass produce their own victims. Predators prefer that scenario best of all.

If you make the leap and assume that gender is subjective rather than biological, then of course it would be fluid.
Core body temperature is regulated to be 98.6 degrees, but when asked, every person will say “I feel hot” or “I feel cold” etc.
If a person or group obsesses about the temperature, they become unhappy. It takes maturity to realize that “no matter what the room temperature, my body will handle it.” Same thing with sexuality. Most kids don’t obsess about it until their hormones start raging.
If every time a kid complains about the temperature, you offer to surgically implant insulation under their skin, do you think that over time, they would come around to agreeing to the operation?
