Howie Carr Show re Elizabeth Warren’s crumbling family lore

During the Friday before a holiday weekend road trip from hell yesterday (8 hours from Ithaca to Rhode Island), I took a half hour detour to talk with Howie Carr about Elizabeth Warren’s crumbling story about her parent’s elopement, and how her defenders have devolved into a bizarre post-modern recial narrative in which she is what she thinks she is, not what she actually is:

“This is a woman who never did anything for the Native American community, who never affiliated in any way shape or manner with the Native American community. The only place she ever claimed to be Native American was in a very strategic manner where it might advance her career…. If you listen to some of the lengthy interviews she gave before she was running for office, she talks about her upbringing, her childhood, never once does she mention anything about being Native American. It’s truly astounding … yet to hear her talk now it’s such a fundamental part of who she is she’s can’t walk away from it, she can’t deny her family.”

Comments

Warren thinks she is a Native American. Matthews thinks he is a journalist. Biden thinks he is a “foreign policy expert.” Obama thinks he is “G*d.”

So either “denial” IS just a river in Egypt or delusion runs rampant in the Dim-o-crat Party…

Clearly, Professor, you just don’t get it. Warren is a performance artist, and this is her greatest work to date: “I AM Cherokee.”

Wow! Howie Carr is a professional talk radio host? I listened to the first minute of the audio and he is virtually incomprehensible. Does the whole audio go that way? Porky Pig would be an improvement…

Wow! I listened to the rest of the audio and he DOES go on like that for 12 minutes.

And at least 3 of you CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH!

Yes, Howie got a little tongue-tied. But that’s understandable, given the bullshit he was trying to sort out.

Besides, when you can get Bill Jacobsen to appear on your show you don’t need to be Demosthenes. The professor will tidy it up in a nice, coherent package for you.

P.S. Not responsible for any of those thumbs down. I reserve them for profane or obviously trollish comments.

Wait, are you talking about the Howie Carr in the National Radio Hall of Fame? Yeah, I thought you were.

    Hey, now…

Ease up on Howie. Howie’s cool. I’ve been listening to him for years and it’s like listening to Geddy Lee sing – you get used to it and after a while you actually like it – and furthermore, just like Geddy Lee, you don’t listen for the voice, you listen for the virtuosity.

And Howie has that in spades.

Howie has the memory of an elephant. He can recite from memory the malfeasance of every politician in Massachusetts in the past century, every malfeasance of the mob in the past century and how the two intersect, which is often.

Cogito ergo sum? Descartes would’ve been so proud of Lizzie.

Edward III had her number, though. “Honi soi qui mal y pense.”

Boy, if you try to sound that out as Spanish…

“Cogito cogito, ergo cogito sum” is more like it for leftards…

“And… beans and disease to you, too!”
—Fred Sandford to Lamont’s friend, Julio

Obviously, Elizabeth Warren claims Native American Ancestry in a pique of White Guilt for her Great Grandfather shooting an Indian! The famed liberal white guilt informs all their bad decisions. Just like the bad decision made in 2008 for President.

Elizabeth Warren’s relatives apparently did not support sensible gun control laws at the beginning of the 20th century. /sarc

Like AARP with ObamaCare, Lizzie Warren has suddenly become ol’ Brer Rabbit.

Stuck are we, Lizzie?
