Elizabeth Warren was nowhere to be found during the 2016 Democratic primary. She never came to the aid of Bernie Sanders. She only endorsed Hillary Clinton once she was safely the nominee.
Now that Donna Brazile has let the cat out of the bag about the rigging of the primary for Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren is just shocked.

Elizabeth Warren: ‘Yes,’ the DNC was rigged to favor Hillary Clinton
Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., responded with a firm “yes” to the question of whether she believed the Democratic National Committee was rigged to favor the presidential nomination of Hillary Clinton.
“Very quickly senator, do you agree with the notion that it was rigged?” CNN’s Jake Tapper asked.
Former DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile said that that the Clinton campaign gained control of the DNC’s finances and operations to defeat Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., in the 2016 Democratic primary, according to a book excerpt published by Politico on Thursday.
Brazile cited “proof” on an agreement she discovered between two Clinton campaign funds and the DNC, in which money would be exchanged for control over DNC finances and strategy.
Paul Crookston of the Washington Free Beacon has more of her comments:
“This is a real problem, but what we’ve got to do is, Democrats now, we’ve got to hold this party accountable,” she said. “When Tom Perez was first elected chair of the DNC, the very first conversation I had with him is to say, you have got to put together a Democratic Party in which everybody can have confidence that the party is working for Democrats, rather than Democrats are working for the party.”
She said the test facing Perez will be to ensure a fair process for Sanders, who is not a Democrat, and his “representatives.”
“Either [Perez] is going to succeed by bringing Bernie Sanders and Bernie Sanders’ representatives into this process and they’re going to say it’s fair, it works, we all believe it, or he’s going to fail,” she said. “I hope for Democrats everywhere, I hope for Bernie and for all of Bernie’s supporters he’s going to succeed.”

IMO, this is why you saw Soros donate his personal fortune: not because he was scared of the right, but because he knew this fight against Hillary was coming (since he’s one of the organizers), and he knows the Clintons have a reputation for Arkancide.
All of the fellow travelers are grouping together for an assault on the party establishment. This may even explain the timing of the Weinstein scandal, as Hollywood is a big supporter of the Dem establishment.

This is really interesting given the actions the Warren campaign took back in 2012 when her campaign worked with the Massachusetts Democrat State Committee to deny Marissa DeFranco a place on the Democrat primary ballot for the right to face incumbent US Senator Scott Brown even though DeFranco had the liberal chops and 10,000+ signatures needed to qualify for a primary run.
It is highly unusual for the challenging party not to have a primary leading up to a general election against an incumbent but MA Democrats conspired with the Warren campaign to deny DeFranco the 15% vote she needed on any one of 3 ballots for the Democrat nomination.
DeFranco is a self-professed progressive and an immigration lawyer by trade just the type of candidate one would expect to be popular in a state like MA but she never got a shot to run thanks to Warren and her campaign team.

Interesting little niblet from inside Donna Brazile’s book that applies here:
“The agreement,” Brazile writes, “signed by Amy Dacey, the former CEO of the DNC, and Robby Mook of the Clinton campaign with a copy to the general counsel Marc Elias specified that in exchange for raising money and investing in the DNC, Hillary would control the party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised. Her campaign had the right of refusal of who would be the Party communications director and it would make final decisions on all the other staff. The DNC also was required to consult with the campaign about all other staffing, budgeting, data, analytics, and mailings.
Three points, Donna:
1) Show us the actual document. Look, I don’t want to sound paranoid, but just because you say something, doesn’t mean anything.
2) Did Liz know about this? I suspect she did, but without some (as above) actual documentation, all the words out of the Dems mean nothing but hot air.
3) Isn’t this illegal? I mean the DNC and the candidates are *supposed* to not coordinate. Here, you claim they not only are coordinating, but the phrase ‘sock-puppet’ seems to fit.

We live in a “democracy” where the crux of most everything in our government is based on free and fair elections. Can someone please explain to me how the DNC can throw the primary race to ensure the candidate they want to win will win and the will of the people ignored and no law is broken? If the DNC can manipulate the primary,with no consequence, then why do we even bother with the primaries, their cost, the effort and so forth. Surely some law must have been broken for if there was no law guaranteeing a fair election, then the underpinnings of this country no longer exist.
