Israel Eliminated Over 2,700 Terrorists Who Committed Atrocities on October 7, Detained 300 Others
The specialized “NILI Unit,” comprised of IDF and Shin Bet personnel, has been tasked with hunting down October 7 culprits.
According to figures released by the Israeli security services over the weekend, more than 2,700 terrorists, who carried out atrocities on October 7, 2023, have been eliminated. Another 300 terrorists are currently in Israeli custody awaiting prosecution for their roles in the attacks.
This disclosure follows Israel’s confirmation that a specialized task force was created to track down the perpetrators of the October 7 attacks. The NILI Unit, comprised of personnel from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Shin Bet security service, is tasked with hunting down the culprits.

It has killed 2,800 of them.
It has captured 300 of them.
And it is hunting down the rest, one by one. https://t.co/jgFtayiv5R
“For the first time, the Israel Defense Forces and the Shin Bet have acknowledged that a special operation has been established with a dedicated unit to hunt down and kill every single Palestinian terrorist involved in the October 7, 2023, invasion and massacre,” The Times of Israel reported Sunday.
The news outlet stated that out of estimated “5,000 terrorists who participated in the October 7 attack or helped hold hostages, more than 2,700 have been confirmed by the military to have been killed.”
“Another 300 alleged perpetrators have been captured by Israel and await judgment by special military tribunals, which have yet to be set up,” the Israeli news website added.
Sifting through visual evidence and other sources, the NITI Unit has compiled a “spreadsheet” containing some 5000 names. Describing how the task force tracks down the wanted terrorists, The Israel National News reports:
NILI maintains a target bank containing thousands of names. One soldier described the painstaking daily process inside the unit’s operations room.
“We have an Excel file; we consolidate all the terrorists’ names there, and every day we ‘delete a line,’” [an IDF] soldier said. “I’ve already deleted dozens of lines. I delete a line and immediately think about the next one, even before I process what I feel about it.”
The unit combines multiple intelligence capabilities to locate its targets, including footage recovered from terrorists’ GoPro cameras, artificial intelligence systems and information provided by field agents.
Since the ceasefire agreement with Hamas took effect last October, the pace of operations has increased. With Hamas no longer holding Israeli hostages, the Air Force and ground forces have greater freedom of action, while testimony from released hostages and interrogations of detainees captured during military operations have provided intelligence that has helped security forces rapidly identify and strike additional targets.
On October 7, 2023, more than 1,200 Israelis were brutally murdered, and 251 others — including women, children and the elderly — were taken as hostages into Gaza. The attack was spearheaded by Nukhba terrorist fighters belonging to Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

People with power in the world are trying to blur the atrocities committed by Hamas on October 7. Look at how the Gazan crowd reacted to a body that was abducted by Hamas.
It all begins and is deeply rooted from childhood.
We will never forget and never…
Despite the reported success, the task of bringing these Gaza-based terrorists to justice continues. Last month, the IDF scored a breakthrough when it eliminated several Hamas and Islamic Jihad commanders who led the October 7 attack. All the key masterminds of the attack, Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif, and Marwan Issa, have also been killed in targeted Israeli strikes.
This is footage from an IDF drone moments before arch terrorist Yahya Sinwar was eliminated.

If I were 25 years younger, I’d do anything to volunteer
Let’s kill 2700 more 🫡
Good luck with that. More than sure Trump will come up with yet another ridiculous “## Point Plan” that puts Israel at the disadvantage in his desperate attempt to negotiate a peace in the Middle East.
eot
There is already a plan out there put forward by the committee for peace or whatever its
called. Israel has rejected it.
I hope the UN workers who participated are included.
and the “journalists”
End all of their polluted bloodlines.
If they were able to utilize this tactical force to seek out and kill 2700 terrorists and capture 300 more, which I fully support, why the need to level Gaza then causing thousands of innocent deaths?
What thousands of innocent deaths? What makes you think there are that many?
And no one over five there is innocent. Those who didn’t personally participate supported it.
But even if there hypothetically were some individuals who were innocent, how would they be different from innocent Germans in WW2, and we didn’t give a dam about them, nor should we have. We busted their dams and drowned them.
The concept of collective guilt is not what this country should be about. Comparisons to WW2 which was a threat to global order and hence total war vs a tiny regional conflict are absurd. Add in the asymmetry of the military capabilities of both sides and it is only more ridiculous.
Get your facts right. It has nothing to do with collective guilt, but rather that the terrorists hide within so-called civilians who support them in any number of ways short of actually putting on a bomb vest and blowing themselves up, And asymmety is both irrelevant (don’t start a war, as the Japanese Empire found out in WWII) and two-way (Palestinians intend, and certainly have no problem with, killing any and every Israeli while the IDF takes far more precautions than any other army in the world, iincluding to at its own risk, to minimize harm to noncombattamts).
Your argument runs counter to the article which describes a very tactical, almost scientific approach to eliminating these terrorists vs the wholesale destruction of Gaza.
What’s ridiculous is your attitude.
First of all this isn’t even collective guilt; when a large number of people conspire in a crime each conspirator is guilty.
Second, in war there is collective guilt. The entire enemy army is the enemy, and the mission is to kill as many of them as possible; while enemy civilians may not be targeted, it is completely acceptable for them to be collateral damage.
The comparison to WW2 is completely appropriate. Who gives a **** about a “threat to global order”? This was a threat to Israel’s existence. It was an attempted genocide. Why should it make even a tiny bit of difference to Israel that if it were to disappear it wouldn’t affect China? What have the Chinese got to do with it? A nation fights to defend itself, not to defend the globe! We fought the Germans and Japanese because they were our enemies, not because of what they might do to the globe!
And what has “the asymmetry of the military capabilities of both sides” got to do with anything either? The police are vastly bigger than some gang of bank robbers; is this of any moral significance?! Are they supposed to give the bank robbers some sort of handicap?!
This is not a standard you would apply to anyone but the Jooos.
Israel is not operating on collective guilt. If it had it could have leveled gaza killing everyone. Instead they lost soldiers attempting to protect apparent civilians from
Hamas.
It is not a tiny regional conflict to Israel. It is a matter if life and death of their country.
Discussion of asymmetry is stupid. Asymmetry existed prior to and during the Oct 7 attacks by gaza. It exists now. Hamas didn’t care about asymmetry. None of the arab countries or Iran that have attacked Israel cared about asymmetry. Neither should Israel.
Can you imagine how a count of 2700 could have been reached without invading Gaza and fighting Hamas there?* Did Hamas worry about bring their fight into Israel? Maybe they should have. If anyone is responsible for what happened in Gaza, even if you style it as “genocide,” it’s Hamas. Israel’s invasion and its intent to fight Hamas unto death was an entirely predicable result of the October 7 invasion.
*That’s a rhetorical question. But if you have a really good answer, you should contact the IDF and Shin Bet and explain your ideas to them. I’m sure they’d be interested to learn how they can more efficiently kill terrorists.
I am going by what the articles describes which was a highly selective, tactical approach to eliminating these despicable people. I have no problem with that but it seem incongruent to the leveling of Gaza we have all witnessed.
How is it even incongruent? How do you think those people were eliminated? Largely by bombing the buildings they were in. Every building targeted was a legitimate military target. Either it was a terrorist base, a rocket launching site, a place where a target was to be found, etc.

I couldn’t help but notice the look of horror on that poor woman’s face is exactly the same countenance seen in photos from the Holocaust.
I hope that she is still alive, but if not, she’s in the arms of our loving Lord, forever safe from those savages.
Each of the men in that photo cannot possibly be killed dead enough for me.
Religion of ☮️ my 🫏.
I love it when a plan comes together!
“I delete a line and immediately think about the next one, even before I process what I feel about it.”
That’s too bad. He’s missing out on opportunities to feel pretty good about himself.
Q: What do you call the elimination of over 2,700 terrorists who committed atrocities on October 7, 2023?
A: A good start.
Well done. And don’t compare it to the Holocaust.
